The company sent a gentleman for the maintenance check earlier this week. Everything looked fine, however, it was recommended we schedule the septic tank to be serviced/ pumped soon. They were able to send the serviceman 2 days later and we are all set! I’m so happy! Mullen Inc is easy to work with. Their employees are professional and kind. Thank you!

The Technician, Charlie Calhoun, was easy to work with and was knowledgeable and courteous. He was most respectful and wore shoe covers every time he entered our home and cleaned up after himself when he was done.
I give Mullins Plumbing 5 Stars and would recommend them to anyone.

Mullin Plumbing saved me over $8000! I had received quotes from another company and called Mullin for a 2nd quote. Lupe was incredibly nice and honest!!! He took the time to really evaluate the situation instead of quickly saying I needed to replace everything. I can’t say enough about Lupe and Mullin Plumbing!! The technician went above and beyond to not only fix the immediate problem, but he also checked for any obstructions or leaks in the plumbing system. We've used Mullin for years and will continue to do so, because of this type of service.

Called them out to clear my line. 3 days later had to call another plumber that removed a clog Mullin caused. According to city of Tulsa this is common. I want a refund and Mullin can have this ball of excitement they forgot. I even bagged it up.

Mullin plumbing came out to my house 3 times with 4 different plumbers to try to identify a simple leak and couldn't find it. First, I will say they were on time and very nice and professional. However, they cut 4 holes in my walls and did some very expensive/extensive testing and could not find it. The leak was obviously coming from upstairs bathroom and they asked if I wanted them to cut out the access panel behind the upstairs bathroom plumbing to look inside. Of course I said Yes!". Obviously. But they did not do it. They said it wasn't the issue. However, American Leak Detection came out and they did look behind that access panel and found the leak within 10 minutes and repaired. Previously, I had Mullin came out multiple times and charged me hundreds of dollars to identify and fix nothing. Very disappointing.

I do not recommend Mullins plumbing. After spending thousands of dollars I have a garage full of pipes they removed and left, I have a toilet still off the flange and the other toilet rocks back and forth and is now leaking from the flange…. It’s been over a month and a half since they were supposed to return to put on the last toilet but they are clearly too busy and have already been paid. The job was also supposed to take like a week but it lasted almost a month because the crew was running around doing other jobs as well as mine. They were always full of excuses of why they do something or why they had to leave or why they forgot something on another job site two hours away… just little annoying stuff. Not very professional at all but hey what more can you expect in 2022… I do not expect them to do anything else for me as I might as well watch YouTube videos and become a YouTube certified plumber. The only positive I can say is that while the guys were around they were great to talk to and very personal.

We had the Platinum Service Plan for our Aerobic system at our home for 8.5 years. Always excellent service. We just moved and don’t have a need for this type of service at the new home; otherwise we would still have your company’s service. Every employee whether on the telephone or in person at our home was polite, cheerful and ready to assist in any way needed. Thank you for providing great service. You obviously make a great work environment for people to enjoy their jobs and be cheerful in assisting customers. We appreciate every one who assisted us over the years.

I am extremely disappointed and disgruntled with how Mullins Plumbing is trying to take advantage of a single mom & school teacher. Two plumbers came last Monday, and spent a total of two hours & 20 minutes. They needed to leave during that time(they said 20 minutes, but they were gone 40 minutes). This 40 minutes is included in the 2 hours & 20 minutes. The next day they came for a total of 20 minutes to finish the repairs on my water heater. The total time spent was 2 hours and 40 minutes for both days. I received a call the very next day from Mullins Plumbing for payment. I had not even received an invoice, but she wanted over $1000 for this repair. The parts were approximately $245, and they wanted $800 in labor. I was told that I would not be charged overtime by the plumbers(thus the reason for coming the second day), and yet they were not only charging me overtime, but they were trying to charge me for 5 hours and 30 minutes(almost double the hours).The lady I spoke with said she would have a manager call me the next day, but they never called me. Since I did not receive a call back, I called the manager myself and left a voicemail. It has been several days, and I still have not received a call back. I am so upset and shocked that this well known company would knowingly try to take advantage of a single mom!
