I would give ZERO stars if I could. This was truly an awful experience with Mullin. We had scheduled for a Technician to come out and service our A/C Unit as well as our furnace. Just a routine check that we do twice per year. The Service Tech (Ethan) spent a total of three minutes inspecting our A/C unit. The Unit was not cleaned or serviced. He proceeded to tell us about their monthly maintenance program for $60.00/month. Or, their annual maintenance program for $179.00/year or there was a third option that I cannot remember. He had such a ‘hard’ sales pitch it became uncomfortable at a certain point. All Ethan wanted to do was pressure us into buying their ‘maintenance programs’. When he finally realized we were not going to sign up for all these monthly programs, he told us he could not service our A/C or Furnace today and we would have to reschedule. So…..basically I took a day off work for nothing to be done??? Upon calling the Office to talk with someone about this ‘odd’ experience I was directed to Brooke. She basically ran it down that you need to have a monthly maintenance program with them or it’s not worth their time to come out and service your unit. Blah, blah, blah…….just wanting that monthly fee coming in. I researched Mullin to see if anyone else has experienced this as well only to find they’ve had 16 BBB complaints within a year. Time to find a new Heat/Air Company. Mullin has definitely gone down in Customer Service.

Today we noticed that our house was getting hotter even though the air was on. With a 7 month old this was a no go. Called for an appointment and got one same day. The technician was very efficient and found and fixed the problem. He was also very helpful with ways to fix future problems. House is now much cooler. All in all a great experience.

We had a leak somewhere on our property, unfortunately most likely in a field and would take some time to find and repair. The tech that did the work was friendly and courteous. He found the leak and was able to dig it up and repair it in about a day and a half. Pricing was better than other companies I contacted and they were able to come out quickly. I highly recommend

This company saved me $11,000 in repairs! Lupe was very transparent and honest, and gave me the best advice. Just a great guy. They fixed my problem as the other company wanted to charge several thousand. I am completely ecstatic with them. They deserve 10 stars not five! Cannot thank them enough.

I would give zero stars if possible. I called a plumber to come out and do several jobs including installing a new shower head and clearing out a slow drain in the same shower. The plumber was absolutely rude and the first thing out of his mouth was asking if the person using the shower was "peeing" in it. Well, no, it's my father...and I wouldn't think so. Anyway..he cleaned out the drain which is working fine now but the shower head he installed instantly BLEW off the mount, nearly hitting my father in the face, and fell to the ground and broke. No water ever came out of it....it blew out the side under pressure. I called them back to re-install a new fixture and they sent the same guy, who was irritated and angry at having to come back out. He argued with me, insisting it was installed correctly and my father must have yanked it off of the wall (which was not true). He also kept repeating this fix was "on his dime" and threatened that the "next time it happens he will be charging me for it." I have never had a service provider be so rude to me before. I think he knew it was his fault the fixture was installed incorrectly and was trying to put the blame on somebody else. We tried to call and speak to a manager but no one would ever pick up. We so left a message and no one called back. I do not want that plumber ever coming back and I doubt any of my neighbors would either. 0/5 stars...would not recommend ☹️

Mullins is the only company I trust to diagnose and repair or replace at a reasonable price, in order to solve whatever problem I call about. They always work to do the best job, answer questions, clean up and finish the job as quickly as possible, as well as starting to solve the problem in the same day of my call. We just love doing business with Mullins.
