Called for service and they had someone out here the next day to assess the problem . Hunter was very professional and let us know what needed to be done to fix the problem. Told us exactly when he'd be back with the correct supplies and gave us an estimate for how much it might cost. He returned right on time, fixed the situation
quickly and cleaned everything up after himself. He and his partner were very courteous and professional. And to make things even better the cost wasn't as much as he'd estimated. Would recommend Hunter to anyone needing service from you.

Hunter was my plumber and he was outstanding! Very patient, always on time and called ahead. Good work ethic for someone that young. Could not be happier with the job he did.

I had someone come to remove my water heater. While they were here they fixed valves and said it may not last and might ultimately have to go through the walls. This is not the problem the top valve was not installed correctly at the top and I have to tighten it at various times to prevent leaking. It is outrageous that I will be charged another service call. I plan on telling everyone about your terrible service. I was warned that you were not the best and overpriced and I should have listened. I hope you can make it right by at least looking at it again without another service fee. I have made sure that I told everyone including the association here at Delaware Crossing to not use you. I will make sure to tell all my neighbors as well. I hope you will find it in yourselves to make it right.

Being new in town, we had an issue at the house and called Mullins out, The repairman was very prompt in arriving, very thorough and knowledgeable. However it took longer than we thought and when we paid, it broke down to $160/hour, even though some of the time, the serviceman was just waiting in his truck for an inspection. I understand he spent his time here and should be compensated , but Is this the normal rate in Tulsa? 😳

Update: I spoke with a company representative and he discussed this to my satisfaction.

Done waiting for a return call. I've left numerous messages for someone to return my call and do the right thing. Last Sunday we called to have you all come out do to a water leak in our wall. Your Plumber failed to get the water turned off. The city supposedly stop by and verified the water was off at the meter. They failed as well. It was the wrong meter. I was out of town. It was my neighbors house that was turned off. Your plumber left and he refused to come back minutes later after we reported that the water was still on. Another company came out the next morning and actually got the water off. This mistake by your company caused thousands of dollars in water damage to my house. He was there for 15 minutes. Billed me $178.00 after knocking a hole in my wall. He then quoted me $2,100.00 to fix same day or it would only be $1,100.00 on Monday. The plumbing company I called on Monday fixed the problem for $500.00. Do not use this company. They try to rip you off big $$$. Very unprofessional. I will spread the word to thousands of friends to never request your services. It's the principle of how this has been handled. I'm not wasting anymore time on this! Unacceptable.

Hunter was excellent!!!! I can't stress enough how when you have this type of problem and some companies do the bare minimum and charge high prices! Hunter asked what was going on and he knew what equipment to bring and got the job done ! He knows his stuff ! He helped get us in good working order and gave us a quote. He is now our guy to call if we ever have any further issues. He is polite, showed us our problem and did exactly what he would do to solve our problem. Best part no surprises with the bill !!!! Call Hunter for all your pluming needs !!!!!!!! He's outstanding !!!

Hunter with Mullin Plumbing came out today. He was very professional, hard working, knowledgeable, and understanding of our situation. He came prepared to find the problem and do what was needed to get the job done correctly. He explained everything and was very thorough.

Our sewer pipe was clogged and causing one of our toilets back up into our home which flooded our floors twice. This happened a week apart before we decided to reach out to Mullin for assistance thinking this could be a bigger problem. Sure enough it was and can’t say enough about Hunter and how calm, collected he was throughout the whole deal. He sure knows is stuff, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him! Thanks Hunter & Mullin Plumbing for a great experience during this stressful situation.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Hunter our plumber and Max and Connor with the Aerobic system team! We bought a new house and the day we moved in our septic started backing up into the house, I called Hunter and he was on site in the rain working to get our system cleaned out and went above and beyond to help us out. Connor and Max both are great gentlemen that helped get our aerobic system back up and running and checked every last nut and bolt to make sure it stayed that way. I would recommend these guys from Mullins to anyone that has anything go wrong.

Mullin Heat and Air technician installed a new indoor coil.
Job was done on time. Technician was courteous and swift. Checked the system and got all what's needed to be done for my A/C to perform at its best.

I called and got someone out the next day. He did a great job, was quick and very professional. Work was guaranteed with a 30 day warranty. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
