Mullin Plumbing, Inc.

We use Mullins as our maintains service for our Septic Aerobic system. I am continuous calling them to tell them their service guys either never come or if they do they just sit in the car. They are supposed to be checking the system, checking the irrigation system that is hooked up to the system and doing maintenance if needed. Yesterday, Feb. 21, I called because they haven’t been here at all and our sprinkler has been spraying the wrong way for months. The man I spoke too said he’d have a manager call me. I never heard from them and one came out. I do not recommend this company!!

My wife posted an honest review of how she was treated by this company and they had it removed from Google. So not only are they intentionally overcharging their customers and admitting it, but they apparently also remove negative reviews that tell the truth. What a joke of a business!!

Great company. Responded quickly to our phone call. Came out to our house late. And will be back this next week for more repair. Highly recommend this company.

Max and team did an exceptional job of septic tank clean out. Very thorough and respectful. Would recommend these guys for any job.

The plumber and apprentice did an excellent job. They did the repairs and treated us fairly and the cost was reasonable.

The repair person stated we were getting "free water" because his dumb a$$ couldn't find out water meter. I told him when he GOT there it was NOT the one in the driveway it was in the front yard. But of course since we're black, we were stealing water. Jackass.

Initial evaluation $89.00 - Plumber that showed up only knew a few faucet brands. Had no idea how to get the parts for a shower filter. Called Allied Plumbing they had it fixed in 2 hours. Called for a refund -- no reply. Will not use or recommend Mullin Plumbing.

Shame on you Mullin Pulmbing, I believe you took advantage of my elderly father in law. $500 to replace the insides of his toilet, my wife calls the tech to inquire and immediately the tech takes $100 of the bill. Why would you do that if you were not honest and fair in the first place, big nice house? I get the cost of a service call and labor but $400 for parts inside the tank, wow! Shame on me too for not replacing the flapper myself and letting him call you.
