The technician was polite and courteous. He spent an hour and I was charged $408. For 1 part for a faucet. Way too expensive. I will not call Mullin plumbing again

I did not use this business however one of the company vehicles basically ran me and my children off the road very close to smacking the back of my van while driving down highway 169 this morning! And then As he finally got around me he smiled and waved almost side swiping us!

Mullins has fixed two different issues for me. Both times Jason Kirk did a fantastic job. The first a water leak under the house and then a toilet that was plugged up. Jason really went above and beyond and was able to get the issue resolved. He is awesome and I highly recommend him.

July 4th weekend i get out of the shower and there is water EVERYWHERE! I called and they said it would be about 90 minutes because of a 50 mile drive. The guy (Josh) showed up about an hour later and had me up and running in no time. Thank you for your speedy and professional service

First service was great, fixing pipe leaks, replacing shower fixtures, etc. Follow up service seemed to have miscommunications and unnecessary delays. The first technician said our shower pan needed to be replaced. We scheduled that and had several postponements. The technician called and said he could not do the work, that we needed a tile man which was done by the remodeling division. I called the remodeling division and said they could do an estimate in 2 weeks. That's 3 weeks from when we scheduled the technician to replace the shower pan. That's a long time without a shower! Maybe Mark Wayne should spend less time with politics and more time managing his company?

I have to say I feel as though I’ve been screwed on the cost to have 1 guy install the hot water tank that I had already bought. I was charged just over $600. The guy was here for 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time he pulled up until the time he drove off. The guy replaced a few parts that one wouldn’t think would cost that much. Yes I understand there is some markup but $600 for call it 2 hours labor and a few parts? Really? I have nothing bad to say about the guy installing the tank. Having said all of that, I think it’s safe to say I won’t ever use Mullin Plumbing again.

Excellent service for a reasonable price! We've had a nightmare issue with our plumbing for nearly a week. First we went through our home warranty company and they assigned us a disreputable plumber. They charged us hundreds of dollars to lie about our issue and not fix the problem.

Thankfully, I opted to call Mullin plumbing! They got the job done correctly, professionally, and quickly! Highly recommend.

I called asking for help with a rebate on my tankless waterheater. I was transferred to a lady in accounting. She verified my email and said she would get on it. It's been a week and no response.

Well, now it's too late to apply for my water heater rebate. I never heard back with information on this 7200.00, tankless waterheater. Absolutely a rip off on price.

Josh (plumber on site) did an excellent job, and fixed the problem immediately. I had a pricing dispute where I misheard pricing. Nick Sinni (manager) handled it with class and helped me sort it out. I would definitely use this company again.

We were very happy with the service. The plumber had to extend his day by two hours to get to us and make sure we had hot water. We’ll always use Mullins! Five stars.
