I have to start by saying that Brandon (Leak Specialist) would get 5 stars and is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. I have lived in BA all my life and have never used any other plumbing company. I value family-owned business. But Mullen is no longer owned by the Mullen family.

What a FIASCO! The schedulers at Mullen do not manage their resources nor have concern for customers waiting around for them to show up. It seemed that when I called a couple times to see if they were coming, that my appt may not have even been scheduled. After being scheduled and rescheduled four different times, while I waited all day each time, they tried to push me a FULL WEEK from when Brandon located the leak. I was even told that they were overbooked. This was AFTER they didn't show up twice. One plumber did show up, but didn't have Brandon's notes and couldn't do the job, so had to flip me back to scheduling.

So let me Plug "Aspen Plumbing" who came out within 4 hours of my call on a Thursday. Earliest Mullen could get here was Monday.

William and Anthony came out to troubleshoot my AC and within 30 minutes they knew what the issue is and had the means to fix it! Fantastic customer service and even put up with my endless questions out of curiosity.

Hunter was extremely productive and professional and knowledgeable. He stayed in 19 degree weather under a horribly wet house and didn’t give up until we had water again. He was diligent and extremely hard working and I deeply appreciate it! Thank you!!!

My 1st experience with them was fantastic, but I was less impressed this last time. My landlord had scheduled for the heater to be checked before winter. The young man never called me to tell me he was on his way. I had asked this since I have large dogs in the house and need to get them put in a room first. He showed up without calling. When I asked about it he said, oh are you not the woman I spoke with? When I said no, he didn't apologize, but said, "it's all good.". Then he opened the unit, exchanged the filter that was only one month old, and turned on the heat. He then went out to his truck for 5-10 minutes then came back in and said, okay, all done". I had to ask him to put the cover back on the unit. Not impressed this time.

They extremely overcharged us for the repair that was done. I have called 4 times to request an itemized receipt and the service manager will not call me back. I gave them a fair chance, now I’m reporting them to Ok tax commission and Ok department of labor.
