No one could get out to our house until Monday (today is Saturday) to fix our air conditioning. I called mullin plumbing and they had someone coming within an hour. He was very nice, very professional. Fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied. We appreciate his time.

Two frost free bibs weren't working. Came out once and mostly fixed one but very low flow rate but second leaked water terribly after "fixed". $300. Called back to have it actually fixed. Had to break into wall to replace entire valve, $500 this time and no credit for the ineffective first attempt. Would have been nice if for $500 both would have been completely fixed the first time. Could have been 2 $25 valves and $450 labor and I'd have been ok with that for a couple hours work.

Mullins has been our go-to service provider for our heating and air ever since we moved into our new house 3 years ago. We quickly joined their platinum plan (and canceled our home warranty plan - which was garbage!), realizing the extremely good value their plan provides! They show up to service our units ANY TIME we call, even if it's evenings or weekends! And the service is all completely covered under the platinum plan - no service fees, material parts fees or anything! It's an unbelievably good deal, and they're always VERY polite, responsive, and knowledgeable. I've recommended them to many of our friends!

We just had to call Mullin out for many things, and Daniel was by far the best person we have ever worked with there. He was easy to talk to, he explained everything so that I could understand it well, and he did whatever it took to get me up and going. He definitely went out of his way, and I hope that I get him the next time I call Mullin. Great job!

The whole service was wonderful! Rebecca found someone to come by immediately to shut the water off at the tank and then he said it was only one of the water lines so instead of having to wait several hours until someone can fix it he went and got the material and fixed it on the spot. Saved us an overtime call!! Fantastic service! We have used Mullin for probably 10 years now. They are awesome!!

They came out to fix the AC and said it was one thing, so we paid to fix it. Then it sounded terrbile so we called that night and they put us on the schedule for the next day. No one showed up so when we called, they said the on call team didn't notify them that we called. They agreed to still send someone out later in the day. They were going to charge us another service fee for the additional visit but we fought it. They said it was something different and would be back the next day to fix it (going on the 3rd time). The next day they sent someone else out who said something entirely different then the first 2 people. They ordered the part and said they would be out in 3 days to fix it. Wednesday came and went, so thursday we called to see when they were coming and they told us it would be friday before anyone could come. Now its friday and we called to get the 411 AGAIN. They said it would be after the July 4th holiday before anyone would be here. It's upsetting that WE had to follow up and they didn't have the decency to notify us. I know it gets busy, but dang... I'm trying to use their service and support them but this isn't professional at all. They agreed to come first thing in the morning after my husband called and complain to the manage. Lets see how it goes.. hopefully they show up.

Jack was the one who did my job and he was excellent. He explained what needed to be done, kept me well informed, stayed with the job over three days and was very pleasant. I highly recommend him to anyone. !

So I got some work done by Mullins , turns out the ladies from the call center were not really aware of what service I was looking for . When they went out to my home they had to fix it by parts and diferent days . I was charged 2 diferent times for the tech to go out there . So I send an inspection report and only authorized two fix and turned out they fixed everything in the report without telling me so of course they billed me for everything even though I never authorized it . I then spoke to the rep again , the rep didn’t have much info so she kept putting me on hold and had to make multiple calls back . Overall my experience with them was really disappointing.

We have been Platinum members for over 2 years. Could not be happier!! We needed a repair on our air conditioner on the 4th of July. I called Mullin and they said they would send someone and would call when they were on their way. I went right out to open the garage door and the red Mullin truck was pulling into our driveway!
A month ago I called Mullin because we noticed water on the floor in the guest bathroom. Soon a Mullin plumber arrived at our door. He took a look and determined that all we needed was some silicone run between the counter top and the wall. He got the silicone, put it on, and didn't even send us a bill.
Everyone we call Mullin, there receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The service folks - guys and gals - are knowledgeable, always polite, they take care to make sure their shoes are covered, and they always do a great job.
As a senior with a disabled spouse, Mullin folks have gone above and beyond - even changing the batteries in our smoke alarms for us.
I have - and will continue - to recommend Mullin Plumbing and their awesome Platinum Plan. We sleep better knowing we never have to worry about a huge heat or air repair bill. Love it!
