Tavis was on time and courteous. We had an issue that was not easy to solve. But, he made the right call based on experience, and the problem is solved.

Jared came in to my house, I explained what was going on and he went right to work and solved my problem. Very knowledgeable, answered any questions that I had. I will use Westland from now on.

Not sitting in line from an answering service that may not go through immediately to tech . The service contacts a real person immediately. No matter the day or time. Professional, on time, and honest. 3 of the best qualities to possess when offering a service, the technician was early, went above and beyond, and explained entirely what the issue was we were facing and offered cost effective solutions. 10/10 would recommend.

Dave and his associate were professional and prompt. The work efficient and done right. They were respectful and courteous.

Kelly is the best! He takes the time to really figure out your issue and fix it properly. I have all great things to say about him, his professionalism and his skills.

Omar was wonderful. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and what he found. He was very thorough and gave me a few good tips when using the AC and to keep chipmunks and mice away from the unit outside. He found some issues and is arranging for repair. He was friendly and courteous and a pleasure to work with!
