Christian was very professional when he stopped by my home to gather information for an estimate. However, after being told that I would receive an estimate within a day or two, the estimate never came. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I called Westland twice to make sure that my email on file was correct. Each time, I was told that an estimate would come within the next day. Still waiting!

Westland took our our old tanked 80 gal water heater and installed a new tankless system. We picked Westland b/c of the guy who came out to give us the quote was very knowledgeable/professional and the price was in the ballpark of others we did. Needed them to come back out and tweak something, but they stood by their work and still fixed it, even though it was one of the original pipes that got reused. Would pick them again.

Garrett was professional and approachable. He thoroughly analyzed the problem and provided options to correct it. He then quickly obtained and installed the replacement part. I highly recommend Garrett

I cannot thank them enough for the incredible service we received. My 87 year old aunt's furnace stopped working on Christmas morning. An emergency technician was there that night. The control board was replaced, and she is warm and happy! Highly recommend their service.

Showed up within an hour of calling after furnace quit lighting. Helped explained the system to me and offered maintenance input and advice after getting us up and running. Waited while the furnace cycled and ensured it was running correctly. Highly recommend.

Called them out to deal with two issues. In the process they discovered several other problems that were not an issue yet, but would become one soon (they house is on the older-side). They accommodated my schedule, were very nice, cleaned up after themselves. I liked my former plumber, but these guys are now my go to people!

Of the 10 plumbers we called when we discovered a frozen/burst pipe, Brian B. was the only person to contact us. And even after working on a holiday and what was certainly a long day, he arrived about 5 PM and went right to work and found then repaired the leak. He was a professional all the way, taking care of the problem and then cleaning up the saturated insulation and all the leftover debris. In short, he was skilled, courteous and friendly and made us feel confident that he would find the leak and fix it correctly. We hope to make him our. “regular” plumber.
