Our kitchen sink plumbing began to unexpectedly leak leak early yesterday. I’m relatively handing, so I decided to fix it on my own. As I got deeper and deeper into the repair, it became clear that I was in over my head. I called Westland/David Frey Plumbing after hours. They were here first thing this morning and had the repair done in about 30 minutes. Brian and Mike were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The overall price was very reasonable considering the peace of mind we now have. I highly recommend Westland/Frey (Brian & Mike)!!!

We requested and received a quote for a replacement wall heater. Sales person was polite and answered all of our questions. We received a quote with three options to look at. We have not decided on the direction we are going to take at the time of this writing. We would recommend this company.

Jared was great! Super professional and polite. Did all the safety protocols/precautions while inside the house. Showed up on time. Took the time to explain what the issue was and how he fixed it. Provided me with a lot of helpful information about the furnace. Definitely would recommend this business to a friend.

Westland technicians’ knowledge and service are truly excellent. They have been patient and proficient in resolving multiple issues with our hydronic heating system. I called Westland when my pipes burst due to the cold weather. My call was returned promptly, and Brian updated me through out the morning on the timing of his other jobs. He came when expected, was thorough in his evaluation, fixed the leaks, was neat, kind, friendly, and professional. I cannot say enough good things. I will definitely be calling again if needed.

Follow-up to almost 12 months since my last post. Was told by another company that I needed an entire new system and quoted Big $$ - but they didn't know that I grew up in a garage (literally) and that I was skeptical. Called Westland for a second opinion and they fixed my old current systems and it is still running perfectly. If you need anything, at all, in the AC world just call Westland, and forget about the rest.

Garrett is always very professional during his visits. He throughly checks everything in an efficient manner and takes the time to explain anything necessary to the customer.

Both David and Justin were very nice and polite. They explained my options for the repairs and replacement. Both did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the work they did.
Also, it was wonderful that the person who took our service call yesterday was concerned and had David squeeze us in. Thanks!!!

Repair of sump. Company coming and sleeping in the guest room in the basement The alarm kept going off and we needed help! Came right away stayed until everything was resolved. We have always use this company and this is why. Thanks guys!

This was a great experience. Although the swap of the water heater was straightforward, we needed some ideas on other plumbing needs and they had a great, consultative approach, not pressuring us to do anything. They are the only plumber we call.
