Kelly the technician was on time, very polite and friendly as well as professional. He replaced the blower motor and igniter in a timely manner, left everything clean and neat. He is a very pleasant young man, very smart. Very comfortable to have in the house. I look forward to Westland continuing to maintain my HVAC system and hope that Kelly will be the technician. I rate them very high!

We woke up at 8am needing a new water tank. Westland was at our home by 10am with a new one ready to install. That is service!! The team who came was incredible! Highly highly recommend!

Just needed a tune up for the furnace. The service rep Garrett showed up exactly on time and was very professional! Would highly recommend their services and will be using them again for all our tuneups!

I called after I discovered the leak. Tavis was out to see and fix the problem. Tavis also installed a new cartridge in the tub faucet and checked the sump pump. Tavis has always given us great service.

Justin and Spencer worked through a difficult sink drain problem, talked over options and gave me the final decision. In the end I went with their suggestion. They did an awesome job on what was a complex problem. A+

They were able to come out even earlier than they originally quoted. The crew was polite efficient and fix the sump pump problem without having to totally replace the unit. Very impressed with them.

Dishwasher Replacement. I recently had Westland replace my dishwasher. I would highly recommend their services they were on time, professional and quality of work was excellent! My service tech Brian did a great job and answered all my questions.
