Kelly Hall was our technician and he was amazing! I called for service due to no heat and Kelly came to save the day! He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and established the issue at hand. Kelly was able to clearly and professionally communicate the resolution, provide next steps and estimates. Thanks to Kelly we now have heat and our humidifier issues have been resolved! Needless to say because of Kelly’s hard work, dedication and professionalism we will highly recommend Westland Heating/Air conditioning.

Spencer did a great job at my double today. On time. explained my options. Worked a solid 5 hours to fix what 3 previous plumbing companies in the area haven't. good job cleaning up after. Will definitely use again should the need arise.

I called today because of a clogged drain. The response was within 30 minutes. Justin was the technician and he was very professional from the start. He explained everything and cleaned up after the work was completed. I am so pleased with the experience that I signed up for their continuous service plan. I will recommend them to everyone.

My hot water tank exploded! Danielle was super fast in getting someone out as quickly as possible. Brian was great! Worked quickly and efficiently to get old one out and new one in. He took care to make sure it was done right and was even conscientious about the mess. Fantastic service! Highly recommend!

The company and Cody were very professional. They came the same day that we needed the service (on a Sunday). Our AC unit is up and running. We are very pleased with our experience.

I would NOT recommend Westland Heating, AC, and Plumbing. I hired them to fix a broken and collapsed drain pipe in my yard that was causing a backup of water from my sump pump and downspouts. After locating the break, the two plumbers dug down to repair it. They discovered that the collapse extended for about 15 feet. They stated that this would entail too much digging by hand and would call the excavator from their company to dig out the rest of the pipe. The excavator initially set a date to come to the house, but then changed his mind and declined the job. So I spent $416.00, and my problem is no closer to being repaired that it was before they came out. Not because the job was too difficult, or because they were too busy, but because the excavator didn’t feel like doing the work. I have no problem with the plumbers who made the service call, but the company did not give me my money’s worth. This is a company that cares more about grabbing your money than doing the job they were hired to do.

Brian was prompt, helpful and friendly. He did the repair work very efficiently and got us back up and running quickly.

My hot water tank failed utterly at 8am. I called, and they were able to schedule me at noon. By 3pm one of my kids was showering. The install looks great, and the professionalism Tavis exhibited was top notch.

I would highly recommend Westland Heating. From my initial call to the business, all employees were friendly and accommodating. Moving out of state and getting our date set up to replace some old turn off valves was quick and easy with Westland. Danielle, my contact at the office was prompt and friendly in her responses and Brian, my technician was thorough and tidy! When you receive text messages letting you know the status of the technician arrival along with having a job site left clean, both items GREATLY appreciated! Thank you all again - Kim and Donnie
