The guys were super polite , thorough and were able to explain in terms I could understand on what they did and why they did it.

We bought a new furnace and AC last year and love the work and the team. Now we used the plumbing side and was just as happy. This is an amazing company.

Our technician Charles Ashton is a lifesaver. He came to our house in the middle of the night to troubleshoot an urgent issue with our furnace. He was so kind, calm, understanding and fixed the issue very quickly. The world needs more folks like Charles. Thank you again!

We use Westland for all our HVAC needs. Have used 2 other companies before them and ditched them for Westland. Kelly was outstanding .

Beau was professional and was very thorough in his maintenance and repair during our spring annual check up. Our A/C unit was not cooling our home properly. He found a very slight leak from a loose coolant connection. He guessed the leak had been going on for probably a year. He fixed the connection and added 3 lbs of refrigerant and the A/C is working great now. Thanks Beau!

The service tech (Kelly) was very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable .Kelly answered any questions I had and was very helpful. He made the repairs and waited while the furnace cycled and ensured it was running correctly. I definitely recommend them. If I need service again I’d ask for Kelly.

Spencer was knowledgeable and personable and did an excellent job in dealing with a small access space to install a new tub faucet and shower head for our old house. I would highly recommend him.

My thermostat had stopped working. AC was running instead of Heatiing. Kelly arrived on short notice and got everything working again. It took a while. He patiently explained what was happening & helped me understand it.
He was very polite & respectful of my age (89). I think all Service Reps.should conduct themselves in this manner. I was very impressed.

Brian timely and efficiently replaced the toilet and in the second bathroom he replaced parts of the toilet so it would fill more efficiently. Brian was kind, professional and informative. The next time we have plumbing needs, I would not hesitate to call Westland and specifically request Brian. We are very pleased.
