Westland Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

My furnace blower went out over a weekend. Gave Westland a call Sunday at noon and a technician was in my house in 20 minutes. Bo was prompt and professional. He did a great job and we had our heat working within 2 hours after we made the initial call. I highly recommend this company

Beau was absolutely amazing. We had an older air conditioner, and he went out of his way to find a local part that would fit, so that we didn't have to order one and wait in 90 degree weather.

Westland service tech Kelly was great to work with. He quickly assessed the issues with our air conditioning unit and completed repairs. We will plan on using Westland for future HVAC service.

Westland has done phenomenal work for me both residential and commercial. They do great work for a great price. I have been using Westland service for almost two years. I am very happy with their work until now. I have a bathroom water leak. I called Westland and specifically told them there is a leak through frameless bathroom door and the slide door is tilt and needed to be adjust. I asked the operator if they will be able to fix this issue and the answer is yes. I also ask if they can call me before they will be at the house and the answer is YES.
They came to my house without a call so I am not home but there is another person at home. They came in and check the bathroom and told the person that it is leak through the door and the slide door tilt and needed to be adjust. Then they left. I got a call from Westland told me what I already knew and because they didn't install the shower door so they will not working on it. After that they sent me an invoice for $76 (service visit).

Installed back-flow valve on sprinkler system and tested. Justin was great! Professional and efficient.
Went by the book and made sure pvc parts were correct and cement was cured.

Kelly and his crew were quick and efficient at installing a new part for my furnace! Constant communication to let me know when they arrived which I greatly appreciated. Overall I am very happy I chose Westland as my HVAC company!

Kelly was excellent! Very personable and knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly and provided the best and fastest solution to fix our problem. Couldn’t recommend him more to any of your customers. You are lucky to have such a good employee/representative of Westland hvac.

This plumbing repair was way beyond my expertise and Brian and Justin were completely professional and very skilled. Sent a text ahead of time with location I could follow in another text when they arrived they worked quickly and solved the difficult problem with much professionalism and skill. Would highly recommend them and I will use them again.
