Brian was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I am so happy with all of my experiences with Westland. And I'm loving having hot water again!

Called for blocked b as throom double sinks. Brian came soon and viewed the issue and looked at basement pipes. He deduced that both sinks were connected behind the wall to a cross T...four openings with two feeds from sinks, a vent pipe going up and the drain pipe going down. Brian tried to snake pipe but could no get the snake to enter the down drain pipe...tricky to get the snake to 'go down' the drain pipe. Left to get a camera. After several trys...now they could see exactly where the pipe opening was...the clog was cleared. Took a while, and took a couple trips, but Brian was correct in knowing and solving the problem. Would call them again. Fast service, nice people!!!

Westland was hired to inspect a commercial building's HVAC that was rented to a tenant to make sure needed repairs and maintenance were being done. The communication between the office, myself and the technicians was excellent. Charlie and Ryan arrived on time, and began the work promptly. Both Charlie and Ryan were professional, courteous, and thorough in their work. They measured each heating unit for various metrics, opened each unit and inspected the elements, took pictures of each unit and made notes of what they found on an iPad. They pointed out areas of concern, and made note of those areas in the iPad. I received their notes later that day, after the info was uploaded to the office.
I appreciate their efforts and would not hesitate to use both Westland and Charlie and Ryan again.

Westland installed a new furnace for us. The experience was easy and quick. From our initial contact and quote, to the final installation, all expectations were met. Westland was on time, responded to questions quickly and provided professional service. I highly recommend this business and will call on them for any future HVAC/service needs.

Brian was very professional and fixed our problem in about 10 minutes and was able to provide us with some helpful information for the future as well.
