Glass City Heating & Air Conditioning

Had this company replace both my furnace and AC unit. They came out and were the most professional and did not attempt to push me to different units when I told them what I wanted. Their crew installed both in the same day and left the place like they were never here.

They got our boiler up and running in the coldest week of the winter. They have bailed us out a couple times on the ancient apparatus. Professional, prompt, and fair. We will be installing a new boiler with them soon. Highly recommend.

Glass City did an awesome job replacing our furnace! Not only did they do it quickly, they were able to accommodate our crazy schedules. I've recommended them to everyone I know.

Came at 10am when we agreed on a later time because I was just waking up... Answered the door in my pajamas & the technician was only at my home for 10 mins when he found that I supposedly need my entire furnace replaced. Then he said it was $90 & left. I feel like I was taken for a ride... Never again..

Very quick at getting a technician out to our home when our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. The company was very dedicated to getting the furnace set up to function the way we wanted. Great job!

The only reason I'm giving them one star is because I didn't have the option to give them none. I purchased a complete new furnace and a/c in 2014. Once I turned over the $8500 check is when the customer service went from bad to worse. During the middle of our install, which was scheduled to last 3 days, I received a call from the office that they didn't be coming out the second day because they had a call from someone that had no heat. Mind you, neither did we. So they came the next day to finish, and within hours of leaving some of the ductwork that they installed started falling down! I sent a picture of it to our salesperson, Perry, who snidely wrote back "why are you sending this to me?"... maybe because you sold me the work?!!? Anyway, fast forward to this year, and the a/c stops working. They come out and inject a dye to see where it is leaking from, and say they'll be back in 2 weeks to check. 3 1/2 weeks later, I call them because the unit stops again. They say "oh, we were going to call you today!" Anyway, they come out and tell me it's a bad coil, happens all the time because the unit can't handle the pressure needed!?? But, still they sell them! Icing on the cake, I was called yesterday by glass city, they set up an appointment to come out and replace the faulty coil, which is going to cost me around $500, so I make arrangements to leave work early. Im home, waiting, waiting, waiting.....no show. I call, and they didn't even put me on the schedule, didn't order the coil, etc....I rue the day I called them originally. Beware!

Price was fair and installers were very polite and professional.

Fast to come out and help me and replace my old unit! New one works great the installers where great young men and did a great job in the crazy heat we had that day. Thanks for the new unit, great price and great work!!!!

The whole staff was friendly and professional. They were very informative and helpful! I highly recommend them! My new furnace is amazing and the install was fast!

GC came in and diagnosed that our 30 year old heater was dead. Gave us a quote, an install date and time and did a great job. I would refer this company to everyone. We received some ridiculous quotes from others.
