They were very professional. Came out as scheduled. Had some issues with installation due to the age of the home but they were completed as soon as they could get additional parts. I like using local when at all possible.

In April, 2015, the Glass City Heating & Air Conditioning installation technicians first removed my old furnace and then installed my new furnace. I am basing this review on the flawless performance of my new furnace since that time.

We have used Glass city for 20 yrs and are completely satisfied with their service. We will continue to call them in the future.
