10/10 would recommend. Had a furnace and A/C unit taken out and installed. They showed up on time and completed the job very quickly around 4 hours. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had a lot of questions about the install and other random things about maintaining the new equipment etc. and they were able to answer all of them and didn’t seem like it bothered them I was asking so many things. It has been a week now and have tested both units and they work amazing compared to my old units. Price was very reasonable especially for the service provided.

My furnace and central air unit went out on me. I called Glass City they came out the same week to give me an estimate. They put me in the books it was only a 2 week wait due to my schedule not their's. They were able to replace both units on the same day. The crew was amazing at their job. Very professional and answered all my concerns. They finished in record time. The sheet metal worker, Lee, did a fantastic job. There was a total of 5 guys and they all were good. I can not say enough about their professionalism. I love my units!!! The new thermostat has me a little spoiled now, it lights up.

A/C system went out. Glass City came out and an upon inspection found I had an older (30 + year old) Furnace and A/C. Tough install of the new unit with a long lineset, but they got it working and were professional and on time for all appointments.

Wow!! This was such a positive experience!! We started with getting bids from various companies. Perry came to our home and simplified the whole process. He gave me 2 options, explained them and gave me a quote within 20 min.! He knows his stuff!! He’s very personable as well!! The price??? FANTASTIC!! I was relieved to be honest!! Other quotes were much higher!! Side note— they were replacing a furnace that was 60 years old!!! The crew..... worked great and hard!! Very polite, friendly and professional! The 3 of them got along and worked well as a team!! (Leroy, Brandon,Chris). We’ve had the furnace for a week now and what a difference!!! Our home is warm everywhere!! The furnace is so quiet! Such a great product!! So listen to their commercial “Take a second to get a second estimate “. Well worth your time! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Glass City HVAC. When it’s time for an air conditioner to be added to this unit— we will most definitely call them and no one else!!!!!!!

I was referred by a coworker at the hospital who used to live by the owner. Glass City was able to not only install a better AC than Pugh HVAC they were able to do it for approximately $1500 cheaper.

Small business but great service. Will do business again when I need to replace my furnace.

Man went down to my basement to check my furnace and declared the area unsafe because of my cat litter boxes. I just sifted them a few days ago. Granted, basements can get musty and aren't the greatest when trying to stay dry. He suggested we get a whole new furnace and wouldn't even look at it! I won't ever call them again for anything.

We had several problems with our old furnace and they gave an honest evaluation and didn't try to sell us a new furnace as the first option. When we had additional failures, they gave us the best price and installed it right away. The crew was very professional and did a great job.

We had a new furnace and AC unit installed. They showed up on time, did a removal and installation. They were polite and professional. Very good price for the install of AC and furnace units. Workers were quick with the install and very professional. Will be calling Glass City for any service that I may need. Maintenance should be it for many years!
