the crew came out and worked their butts off to install our unit. they worked all day with out taking any brakes. well at least i didn't see them braking. they were very polite to each other which was so nice to know that still exists. they did an awesome job. cleaned everything up when they were done. We had 4 quotes before choosing a company. we were so happy that we choose this one. I highly recommend them. I've already told everyone at my work what a great company this is and I will be spreading the word. In today's world people are too eager to complain and forget to praise for the great jobs. i am here to say "great crew/ great job!"

Glass City was very responsive to our concerns and did a thorough job installing a new furnace, AC and water heater. They were friendly, stayed late on a Friday to finish unexpected work, and made sure all of our questions were answered. They even threw the frisbee for our dogs during their break time! Great value, highly recommend!

They were top notch! From the salesperson, to the scheduler, to the installers and even the owner stopped in to say Hi and check the work. They installed a new heating and cooling system and a water heater. Even after the installing and the installer was done he stayed to help with my AC questions and preventative maintenance. I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the financing, quote process, and customer service. Unfortunately, the technicians broke an item of mine and made a mess of their patchwork and where they placed the piping - amateur work. Fortunately, customer service was superb, they reimbursed me for the broken item and fixed the issues.
