Glassy city was the only company that was available for a same day estimate. They beat other companies by hundreds in price. When install day came they were on time, professional, and had the job done within only a few hours. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Very frieindly on the phone and quick response to emailed questions. Installers were great, very freindly and stayed late on a friday to finish the job. Havent used the ac much yet but the times I had, it works great.

As a single women they took advantage of me and overcharged me. The part they supposedly replaced, a pressure switch, was total over $500 for two house calls since they did not have that part in stock. It’s been just over a year and the same switch needs to be replaced again. I called them and they were unsympathetic and not willing to give me any discount even though they were out last year to replace it. She said, quite annoyed, tht it will be $100 just to come look at it. This has been my experience that they took advantage of me and overcharged me. I feel cheated and frustrated. I do not recommend them especially if you Don’t understand Hvac.

One of my tenants called me on December 23rd that their heat was not working and Glass city was very responsive during the week of Christmas and the bitter cold. They replaced the furnace and everything is working great now.

I was very pleased with their work in the fall when I hired them for the first time to clean and check the furnace. I just scheduled them to clean and check my air conditioning.

I love my new split mini just installed. It was installed when they scheduled it and they were very professional. I'm sure glad I went with them.
