My AC died midsummer and I got several estimates. Glass City was easily the best value with great service, knowledgeable professional techs, and reasonable options that suited my needs.

Had an issue with our old 1978 furnace, fan wouldn't stop running, they suggested getting a new furnace, I really didn't want to, but between a new furnace or a 500 dollar vintage part, lol, it just seemed like the less of two evils to get an high efficiency furnace. So they came in the same week and hammered it out and did a very good job. So far no complaints. They also had to come out last year to service my brand new ac unit that someone else installed and fixed my issue with that. So far it's been 3 total visits with them and all great services.

The owner came out the same day I called to give me an estimate for a new furnace. Very personable. Our furnace died the week of Christmas. The price of his quote was THOUSANDS less then my previous estimate! And the furnace was slightly more efficient than the previous estimate. And they were able to come out and install the next day. I’m so happy I didn’t trust the first quote I had. Very happy to have hired them. Happy with service and product.
