Service man name was Mike, very professional. Told, him what was going on with the furnace. Went right to work.. found out right away what the problem was.. replaced the part..here no more than 20mins. Didn't cost me a arm or leg.. LoL. Excellent work 👍

We had Larry from A-1 fix our AC unit. He was fast, friendly and very professional. We will definitely use this service provider agsin.

Good job, seems like nice guy. I would like to have had a more detailed record of what he did, Such as checked pressures, etc. Also, I think it’s common practice to check the drain line and pour bleach down it to keep it open. This was not done.

Tech was very professional and was honest about part replacement and did everything in a very timely manner and cleaned up everything definitely a great company. I am very happy with there work

Completely Bad Service

Called to get an estimate for my furnace and the supervisor was very rude .He used a frustrated tone as I told him I have a red tag when he told me I should have a yellow tag I explained it is only a red but he kept on about the yellow several times as I told him its red .. I cannot change that I only have a red tag but he was mad saying it should be yellow I told him red is what Columbia Gas gave me why are you getting mad . He then told me he is not getting mad and he is trying to help and im not letting him try another company and then hung up on me .... $90 To Get My Furnace Checked Out When It Has Already Been Looked At From Columbia Gas Plus A Bad Attitude I Advise To Go Somewhere Else
