I called to get an estimate and the first woman was extremely rude and rushing me off the phone. Yesterday I called back and the woman I spoke with was great, but then the contractor called..... The first time I missed the call and then he left a message saying "I'll call back in 5 minutes and you pick up the phone" . That already had me annoyed then when he calls he was a total a**. So rude and when I said I had gotten a lower estimate elsewhere and was going to think on it he basically hung up on me. Definitely don't recommend.

The gentleman that came out was extremely nice and polite we had a few laughs about getting old !! Lol I'll use you in the spring to do maintenance check on my A/C

A1 came out to check furnace after it stopped working after installing a Google nest. The worker made multiple comments that the Nest was not able to run an American furnace; was created for European models. Diagnosed the issue as a gas valve and replaced the part. Miraculously, the Google Nest now was able to control the furnace!

After $659, the furnace was fine. But my husband found the box that the worker left behind that the gas valve was in. Looked up the part...it's a $70.00 part easily found online. $90 service fee + $70 part does not equal $659. Even if additional labor is included...we were ripped off.

When we called the owner, he simply replied there was no way we could find the part that cheap. When my husband offered to share the sites where the part could be purchased, his only response was he could come remove the part they installed.
