Scheduled work for a Monday morning. Never called never showed.

Service was great but I personally called and ask for one specific person to do my furnace, come day for my appointment and someone else is sent out no notification. Reminder I called for a certain person.

The person that came to our house was very disrespectful we had another person prior to A1 come out to give us an estimate they were getting ready to leave when a the guy from A1 jumped out of the vehicle screaming at the other business telling him that he wasn't licensed because he didn't have a sticker on his truck and that he wasn't a real company and all kinds of things and then 2 hours later he called my husband back just to tell my husband that the guy is a s*** company that this is what nightmares are made of. And not to be surprised if our house catches on fire or something goes wrong because of the job that he did. Not even a week later we had a knock on our door from the city of Toledo because he called them pretending to be a concerned citizen to say that our heating and air conditioning wasn't done properly and I showed the city of Toledo the paperwork and everything was fine these people are very unprofessional I would never use their service in my life it is crazy I understand being competitive but not like that that was very sickening to me

They were offering a low price for a winter check up. I figured it couldn’t hurt as I was moving out of the country getting rid of the house and it was gonna be cold inToledo. The technician came out but the price was raised five times higher because the water has been drained from the furnace during the summer. A price was agreed upon And tech said don't worry everything will be up and running. Over the course of an hour he explained the system, screwed in the radiator, filled with water and hooked up purchased thermostat. I thought everything was fine and finished my move out of the country. A few days later one of the people that took over the house called me overseas and said the installed radiator was leaking and damaging the floor. He called them and asked them to come finish up the job. They agreed and came by and screwed in a release valve. Figured problem solved hopefully they will offer to pay for any water damage caused. A few months later he calls me and said they tried to call him and collect money for going back and finishing the job after being paid in full. It all felt like bad business and dishonest. I wanted to leave a 1 star review but in all fairness im told the radiators heated up and the thermostat works.

Edit: I was contacted this morning by the company. They explained that they were under manned last night and it was mostly just a miscommunication between their answering service and their staff.

I waited for literally two hours trying get a call to answer a few questions and to get an eta of when they could come by. After calling back for the third time, the third person I spoke with let me know that the on call person was now on a job and he wasn't sure when the guy would even be able to call. Thanks for

They were on time both days and did an awesome job removing the old furnace and a/c and installing the new. They cleaned up everything and disposed of it. VERY HAPPY with the outcome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I had a1 heating out today to install my new furnace. I am happy to say they did an amazing job. Chris Smith was very knowledge and very professional.The service guys also did a great job installing the new unit. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. The Gentleman were great! The kept me up to date and showed up on time and completed quickly and installed quickly.

I do feel it could have been a little neater with the install of vents and cold air returns and with some of the measurments. The nails and things found out by the ductwork removed on the side of the lawn that I had to pick up also.

But overall Did what they said and nice new heat distributed throughout the house.

Very knowledgeable staff and technicians. We live in an older home with radiators, and we didn't know how to clean or maintain or system. An A1 technician came and cleaned our furnace and inspected all the parts. He also gave me some tips as to how to use it best and walked through the whole house with me to show me where things were. He was very polite despite my many questions. I will only call them in the future!

Central air stopped working. A-1’s tech was at my house one hour after I called. Repair work took a bit over an hour. AC works well again. Price was reasonable. Very happy with service.
