Wojos heating and Air.) they're the only ones are family will ever use. The unit was a few pounds low he topped it off advise to have it looked at into spring to see if we need to look for a leak . very HONEST did not try to sell her a new unit said it was in good shape for it's year .very friendly with a sense of humor and made my mom laugh

Great experience from the initial meeting with the salesperson up to the finished project. The price was fair and I didn't feel the need to negotiate for a better price. The salesperson wasn't sure that the ducts would be able to be run the way I wanted them too. But the technician was able to make everything work.

Furnace kept shutting down. I called M&M and they came out asap. I was very pleased with the Technician, Rocky. He knew his business, was very professional, friendly, very detailed in checking everything that could be wrong, including my thermostat. Great work! Very pleased. Will use them in the Spring for air-conditioner & furnace check up.

We have had such wonderful service from M&M! Our technician Bruce explained things clearly, was very friendly, and went the extra mile to befriend our dog.

Had our annual clean and check today. Our technician Mr. Garcia was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he he'd done and made a recommendation to help extend the life of the furnace which was much appreciated.

This review is only on the heating/ boiler system repair experience I had this week.Instead of repairing a $250 leak the service tech put a long probe his carbon monoxide reader, deep up into the exhaust pipe of our boiler and got a reading over 100, and then turned off our heating system, stating that our boiler was dangerous and we were at risk of having carbon monoxide poisoning. He said we needed a new boiler and would have someone from M and M contact me with a price. I explained we had a carbon monoxide alarm just a few feet away from our boiler, and we also had an air purifier that notifies us of carbon monoxide, and we had NEVER had any problem. I asked to have the carbon monoxide reader done with his machine on the outside of the exhaust pipe right above the boiler. The reading was nine; anything under 100 was safe! The service tech went upstairs and turned the heating system back on! I had just spent over $15,000.00 few months prior installing to central air systems with M & M. If I could give them no stars, I would; this potential scam could’ve cost me thousands of dollars! I will NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN.

They installed a new furnace, AC and water tank all in one day 2 years ago. The technicians were very friendly and professional including clean up. They explained everything thoroughly and easy to understand. My electric bill has gone down so much that the new furnace has saved us close to $1,000. I would highly recommend using M & M for your needs.

HVAC/RTU rooftop removal and install. Great job: project mgr blocked off crane site in advance; crew arrived on time; crane was in and gone in 45min.; job was completed in 2.5 hrs. Install techs were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Project cost was the clincher given the terms of the contract.

Highly recommend M & M. My 37 year old furnace finally gave up this winter and I was without heat. M & M was quick to diagnose the problem, was willing to speak to my home warranty provider on the phone, and were professional through the entire process of installing a new furnace. Their service tech, installers, sales team, and office staff were all friendly and helpful during the process. I worked with Adam who was very upfront during the quoting process and not at all pushy. He answered all my questions upfront and was very clear. The install team was incredibly quick. I had a new working furnace installed in less than a full day. They did a great job cleaning up my basement after install too - I can't recommend these guys enough!
