    Woke up on a Sunday morning to a cold house. Called Eminem and they had a person out within a half an hour. The technician was very pleasant and covid-19 respectful. had it up and running within 45 minutes. And also checked for carbon monoxide. Service call and replacing thermocouple was much less than I expected. Highly recommend.

    Took the day off to have routine maintains done on my furnace. I made this appointment a month ago only to be told they are to busy,I know this because I called 10 minutes before the window for the appointment would lapse.I was told they would get to me as soon as they had someone available. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO MADE AN APPOINTMENT A MONTH IN ADVANCE.

    I called on Saturday morning at 8am when the temp was 5 below zero and our furnace was out.

    A tech arrived by 9am and had the furnace up and running by 10:30am. After replacing the igniter which was out, the tech, Brian, even cleaned and inspected the entire furnace.

    Brian was top notch and he is very nice and honest!

    I meant the family that owns this company many years ago and they are extremely nice and honest people. I am not friends or even acquaintances with them though but if you have ever met Matt, Mark, or Kuba even for just 5 minutes, you can tell they are good people.

    Had heating issues on a Saturday. Called and a technician contacted me almost immediately. He was at my house immediately. John S. the technician explained what he was doing as he was fixing. He also talked about the service agreement that would be an excellent idea to keep things inspected and perhaps help in avoiding future issues. John S. was very professional and kind. Very good experience.

    I called over the weekend to have a hot water heater serviced. They said it would be a premium charge for the weekend which is completely understandable. However, the service tech told me it could be done on Monday morning, but when they called on Monday morning, they said that they couldn't do it until after 5:00 pm and that a premium charge would apply. If I had known that, then I would have scheduled it over the weekend and got it done sooner for the same price. This could have all been avoided had I not relied on relied on their misinformation. I found another company to do the work on Monday at standard labor rates and will never use this company again for anything.

    Courteous servicemen Tim & Tom. Cleaned up after themselves with sweeper. Explained what they were doing. Showed me how to set thermostat .Installed new furnace. Beautiful job. Would recommend this company

    I have to say that my experience with M & M was excellent! Especially Adam McGreevy!! They were extremely quick in response when my ac went down last summer. I will definitely use M & M when I am in need of new equipment.

    Installed a Carrier INFINITY 96 gas furnace by M&M Heating & Cooling in Feb 2014. The owner came to inspect the installation twice. At the end, he fixed the installation to look nicer and seal better. I wouldn't know the difference if he didn't call it out.

    Just a couple days ago, because of the extreme cold, the furnace ran more often than it used to. I called in and the owner and his tech guy came by in the same day to check it out. He explained it very well and also went through the setting of my thermostat to make sure it's properly set for this particular furnace.

    Definitely recommend M&M.

    Charge for service calls (normal) then, charge to "look at unit", on top of service call. Was told to replace unit, $4-5K. Had another company come out, wiring needed to be changed, which costs less than the fees M&M charged. I'm not a mathematician, but something isn't adding up here. Don't waste your time, move on to the next company.

    Words can’t express how thankful and blessed my grandmother and I for Tige and M&M! Tige really took his time to walk me through step by step of what my problems were! He also informed me along the way of what I would need for the future! I’ve never met someone who was more personable and passionate about their job during this time! The relief he put on my grandma’s face after her learning she had a functional furnace was priceless! I will request Tige every time as I know in the future I’ll definitely need more things done thanks to Tige! Thanks you again for all of your knowledge Tige and thank you M&M for having such an amazing and skilled staff person who is compassionate about their job and also is very personable when it come to product knowledge!! Thank you Thank you! This review doesn’t defy what Tige deserves for helping me and my family!!
