Have been using M & M Heating for a long time, they were out today to perform maintenance on the AC unit and as usual the tech was professional and personable. Highly recommend this company.

Terrible service. Call staff unfriendly and uncaring. They were slotted for a clean and inspect of my furnace between 8-12. No phone call from them. When I called at 12 they said the technician was running behind, and didnt even appologize. When they called to tell me they were on their way at 115pm, she practically hung up on me before I could ask any questions. I will NEVER call them again and I am going to ensure none of my friends or family use them. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Sean came out to fix my air conditioner. He is so professional, such a nice guy. Always smiles. Even as late it is , he's fabulous. He knows what he's doing

Service tech Sean went to my cousin's house last night fixed the unit very professional friendly response time was quick highly recommend this company to any customer also recommend Sean to do any of my family's work

They were incredibly quick to respond to our call. The furnace was working again after only 15 minutes. We will definitely use them again whenever we need service.

We had a very nice man come out who fixed our AC unit less than an hr time. So friendly and talked with my husband over the phone for a good 5 min explaining everything.

Techs are terrible drivers... Unsafe!
