M & M Heating and Cooling LLC

M & M were recommended when I needed a new furnace. All staff were professional and friendly. Not only did I get a new furnace but also a new hot water tank, and added central air conditioning. The installation crew did and excellent job, explained what they were doing at the time, and all was completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company, and if needed, would use again.

So my furnace has been out for months and for reasons I haven't been able to get it looked at or fixed I have cerebral palsy and have had a lot of bad things happen the last couple months I called them they came out listened to my situation and completely covered everything for me really nice people I can't say thank you enough Tige and Jose highly recommend

Our AC started to make some very concerning noises late last night. Called in the morning and thankfully was able to have a technician (Tim) come out later in the day to address the issue. Tim found the problem immediately and showed me what was going on. He also checked the rest of the unit to ensure everything else was working as it should be. He did a great job, especially letting me know what was wrong and how things should be working and the diagnostics as he went along. I really appreciated the explanations and his professionalism and work that was done. I have used M&M in the past and this is one of the reasons why. Many thanks, once again for an outstanding job.

A family friend recommended we contact M & M as our furnace was acting up. The service and response was top notch. Jake and Tim were more than professional when they installed our new furnace. Oh don't forget the price we paid was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone based on the professionalism of the entire process from start to finish.

He was very reassuring and explained how the entire process would work with everything in detail, something that is needed when its 9 degrees and your furnace is not working! M&M was at my house before the estimated time and the tech was very professional and solved my issue quickly so I didn't freeze. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I woke up to no heat and contacted M&M for a service call. I spoke to a live person right away and made an appointment. The technician arrived right in the middle of the service window and found the initial problem right away. The part was on the truck and was replaced quickly. Further inspection showed 2 additional problems that would lead to failure in the near future; these were also handled immediately.

I really appreciate the swift response from the office and the knowledgeable technician that came out to our home.

The temperature in my house was dropping.It was 9:30 on Friday night on one of the coldest nights we had had.I called M&M..The after hours service said a technician would call me. Zach called within just a few minutes said ,”I will be there shortly.” He was very prompt. I could not have asked for a more kind and efficient experience . Thanks M&M and a special thanks to Zach!

The service man Tim was very helpful in explaining the issues with my furnace and thinks I can do to take better care of it. The professionalism of the employees of M & M Heating is is par for the course when it comes to a company owned by Ken and Craig Gabel!! I have a new furnace and it feels so good!! They are very knowledgeable not just on commercial installation but on home installation like me! They had choices and were able to guide me as I’m not all that knowledgeable on all the choices. They are a very honest and professional company and the employees are the same! I happened to be able to be at home during installation but would not hesitate to say that I could have not been here and they would have done the same.
