If you ever need heating/cooling work, I highly recommend M&M. Woke up to a chilly house and we are back up and running for a very affordable price. This is the second time we have used them and they seem very honest and efficient. Travis L. Explained the issues and what I needed to do as preventative maintenance.

Furnace went out right after New Year’s Day and below zero temps were continuing for days...👎 M&M Heating was amazing at providing fast service and technician Ruben was great!! He was super friendly and great at his job!!! Which is why I gave 5 stars..thank you Ruben for making our day 😁

My only advice would be for the girl who answered the call once we paged for service..she was not friendly or at first not very understanding for our situation 👎 was disappointing to hear that kind of tone use towards a loyal customer.

The technician Travis was very helpful, polite and took appropriate Covid precautions. He was on time, courteous, and I appreciated the phone call from the office when he was on his way. I will happily use the service again.

Tech that came out to do work had to move a piece of my fence to reach the AC unit but failed to replace it properly and my dog got out and almost got hit by a car. I called to talk to a manager but was only able to leave a message for them. There was no follow up from the manager, which was highly disappointing. The only saving grace was the guy that came out to give me an estimate.

M&M provided expertise in the heating and ventilation field from the very beginning. The salesman explained my air conditioning and furnace options in a manner that I could understand and I felt as though he was looking out for me every step of the way. The service technicians were prompt and finished the project in a timely manner and left the work area in the house in better shape than they found it. I will use M&M for all of my HVAC projects.

These guys were super professional, showed up on time and did a bang up job. They came to help when nobody else would even answer the phone. They treated us well. There were no 'phantom' charges or extra charges of any kind. That was a first in my experience dealing with HVAC companies. After they took care of us I had to write a review. As a business owner I understand that making everybody happy is impossible, and the unhappy customer will have the drive to write bad reviews. It's really a shame. We on the other hand had an awesome experience.

I used M M Heating to install my furnace in 2016. They did a great job from start to finish. Shane and the guys were very knowledgeable and business oriented. I'm calling them back for an estimate on my central air conditioning unit this year, 2018. I would recommend M M Heating and Cooling to any one looking for a professional business Company.

The technician that came out was super friendly, respectful, and he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. They were here within an hr of calling for an emergency outage and we couldnt of been more thankful. I will definitely be using them from here on out for all our furnace needs.

Everything was done just as described in the estimate, workers were on time and put tarps down to protect the floors and were very careful in their going in and out of the house. Their workmanship was professional in execution and they were happy to answer any questions put to them. I would recommend the company to anyone that I know.

I love this company! I would never call anyone else. Honest. Reliable. Friendly. They care about you and your family, making sure you have heat. We've replaced the tank. And now has to have a transformer replaced, which he knew right off the bat. But it was the original from 94. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Friends and family alike.
