M & M Heating and Cooling LLC

Basically our furnace went out in May and upon service call we spent service call and $300.00 part only to not run and either put mote money or get new unit. We decided to go for new unit at that time. Sales person was to call that day didn’t until next week. Have us a quote for new Furnace/AC unit May 18th. Could not install until August 17.
Basically July 27th AC broke called have to pay another service call service guy should be out by afternoon sit by phone and wait.
I called admin Casey several times starting at 8:05am letting her know this was becoming unacceptable. Sales rep was to call me never did until it was too late.
Upon my last call to Casey I let her know I had contacted someone else and was looking to leave. At no time did I feel they cared about the situation or the extra money I was going to have to spend.
We recently have a friend get a full new install after two weeks of there initial break down. I called there guy. Within two hours a tech was at my door and happily I am getting my new install next Monday : ).
Too bad M & M is not interested in the little guys anymore. They loss my 25 year patronage. By the way Steve finally called me later that afternoon when he found out through Casey he lost our business. Needless to say he wasn’t too happy.

Great experience with M&M for replacing our furnace and AC. The technical details of the replacement system were explained thoroughly and the proposal was very competitive. I am very pleased with M&M! We used them to first check out our boiler; they proved their trustworthiness by not inventing anything wrong with it! I then used them to install a mini split A/C system on our main floor. Their pricing was very reasonable and the system works exceptionally! My service coordinator is very easy to reach and responsive. I highly recommend M&M!!!

Great experience from start to finish! This includes everyone we talked to on the phone, the gentleman that performed the inspection, the sales staff, and also the installers. Speaking of, I think they were truly the highlight. Scott and Kevin were both very professional, knowledgeable, and especially courteous. They arrived at the expected times, exceeded my expectations on the installation, and left everything nice and tidy. Couldn't have gotten a better team to do the work! This is the 3rd company to come out and look. My parents have an older system and don’t have the cash to put into to it. They listed to what the issue diagnosed it and fixed it without trying to force a new system on them. The customer service was awesome !!!!

I replaced my furnace and AC this fall after determining my 20yo unit wasn't worth servicing anymore. This was the 3rd service call over a couple years for various reasons on the old unit. I have always been impressed with their technicians. Steve H quoted me a good price for a new Trane furnace, AC and humidifier. The installers were there on time and worked very quickly. The workmanship was also very nice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have been using them for a few years and they have always done great work. Around midnight on Saturday I called because my furnace would not stop running. They came out in less then 30 minutes and said that the part I needed was for an older furnace and not on any of their trucks. I would have to wait until Monday. The next day, Sunday, the repair guy tracked it down and replaced the part. He was persistent and came through during 13 degree wind chills. I always ask for Reuben. Thanks M&M. Highly recommend!!!

M&M personnel Steve H. went out of his way to take care of my family in a time of need. Our furnace needed replacement two days before we were set to be induced with our second child. With freezing temperatures forecasted, new space heaters were dropped off at our house that same day. He got us a quality and affordable furnace installed in a timely manner. Our experience with M & M Heating was very positive in all areas. Everyone was very knowledgeable, serious about their work and efficient. My husband is a former auto tech and he was impressed with their quality of work. We were very pleased with everyone friendliness and knowledge.

We had a new furnace installed Last week the technician and installers were awesome! They were mindful of my loud dogs and we're very pleasant to me and them.
