    When my furnace decided to go out ( on the coldest day of the year) M&,M dispatched a tech to my home within 2 hours. The tech (Sean) quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts had to be ordered. Sean loaned me 2 spaced heaters and I had 4 of my own. Sean returned a few days later, installed the parts and the furnace has been operating dependably ever since. Sean went beyond , working late to restore the heat. Sean was courteous, no messes and did a great job. I will use M&M again.

    Tech was really nice and did a good job doing a basic tune-up on my furnace. However, my primary reason for calling for service is I wanted the evaporator pad replaced (which I assumed was part of tune-up). But, the tech said they don't carry my brand filter and it would have to be special ordered. I took the day off work, so taking another day off to have them come back out is not possible for me. So, I spent $99 for the tune-up but still had to go on-line and order a $45 filter that I now have to replace myself which is what I was trying to avoid doing because I'm not comfortable I will replace it properly. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time so I could have had the filters on hand for the tech to replace for me.

    We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced. We got 3 bids. M & M was competitive on price with the others. I went with them because the salesman spent time explaining things to me, but was very low pressure. I also was impressed with the woman who answers the phone. When we first bought our house I noticed the M & M service sticker on the furnace so I called her and asked about the service history of the equipment. She took her time and ran through it all with me. That made me feel comfortable with M & M on the service end...and it's very important to me that the company who does the install can back it up with service down the road.

    As far as the install, it went great. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. The install has been complete for a week now and everything is running great. The bill came in exactly as promised.

    We called in an AC issue today (Saturday), they were at our home within 60 - 90 minutes. Andrew was the service representative, he was excellent fixing our problem, and helping/giving us some preventive maintenance advice. Would highly recommend this company.

    The operater said she wouldn't send someone to design a heating system with appropriate size duct work if they don't install it. They lost out on an easy consulting fee I guess. Not very good business practices in this bad economy.

    M and M Heating and Cooling did something phenomenal for us. They replacied an attic fan that had gone three days out of warranty at no charge! Not only did they not charge us for the new fan but they also did not charge us for any labor for the replacement. I simply cannot tell you how grateful I am. I highly recommend this company. We’ve also used them successfully in the past for our furnace maintenance. They are my first call when we need a new furnace. Call them!

    Just had these people come look at my central air unit. They scheduled me for an afternoon slot appointment between 1 and 5. I work late nights and so does my husband. The guy showed up at 11 am! Woke us up, had an attitude, they charge $99 just to come out and look at it, and the price quotes were extremely expensive! Call somewhere else!
