I called this company on a Monday morning and they got me on their schedule and were at my house 1.5 hours later. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable, however the price to install my new dishwasher was $725. This was a little steep for me as the dishwasher itself cost $750 so I decided not to proceed. I wish it was a little cheaper as this company provides a 2 year warranty on all their plumbing and electrical connections.

Got a free appliances inspection and both technicians were thorough and professional

Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took time to locate problem. He explained where my problem was and what he could do to fix it. After work was done he showed me what he had done. Made it sure that I understood everything and asked me if I had any questions for him. Very thorough and professional yet very friendly. Great service, Ken and Hunter helped me out getting set up with a ductless system. Installation went smooth, very happy to have this ready for summer time.

This morning, I was trying to leave for work and found this at the end of my driveway. Although it may look like there's plenty of room, the driveway is narrow, and of course, blocked with snow on both sides. That's the first issue. Who just parks halfway across someone's driveway?

Secondly, after I had found that I was not going to make it to work on time because of this, someone finally came out and moved the truck.......just long enough for me to get out, then backed right back to that spot, blocking my fiance from being able to get out.

I wouldn't let someone with that lack of common sense touch my HVAC system. The lack of consideration, in order to save a few steps of walking in is unbelievable. There is no contact e-mail on their website, only a form to fill out for appointments, so I thought it best that I share this here, and hopefully, said technician will think a bit harder next time before he parks his truck in front of someone's driveway.
