One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

My technician, Vincent B., lied to me. I just brought a kid into the world and my technician tried to take advantage of me. I just bought a new home in 2020, and he tried to get me to buy a new furnace and/or 3,000 dollars worth of repairs. He never mentioned my warranty until I asked him about it. The technician did not do his homework or he intentionally tried to lie and deceive me into spending money. It was very poor and frustrating situation. Also, we got a second opinion and Kerns told me my unit was in great shape.

Ken did an awesome job. He was very professional and informative. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Mike was very courteous , professional and informative. You should be proud to call him an employee. Hunter and Brandon were fantastic also did a great job. Very satisfied.

Not impressed, just purchased my home, put in the new nest smart thermostat and wasn’t blowing out air. I have 2 furnaces, technicians came in and just told me, the AC unit isn’t connected to the furnace at all. But mind you he didn’t lay a finger on ANYTHING, and he still took my 99 dollars, just don’t make sense!!!!

The all seasons crew did a exceptional job installing my new furnace and a/c system. And they were very quick!

Michael the service rep was very patient & professional, no complaints there. Still i have to question the quality for the heating unit '1hour' installed as I was quoted
$1000 in repairs we're needed for my heater today and up till this time over $1300 for a unite which was fairly new ( 6 years old)

As always, your technician was prompt, professional, and efficient! He left the area spotless! Vince gave me excellent recommendations about the area around my A/C.

AJ and Mike were very professional in installing our new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Also had them replace our leaking shut off valves under the sink.

They cleaned up their mess and hauled everything away. Very pleased!
