Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating & Air Cond. LLC

On Saturday December 31, 2022 we awoke to find our sewer lines were entirely plugged and that no water would drain from our facilities. We expected that we would not be able to get any help until after the holiday. Despite our doubts we called Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating and were quickly contacted by a gentleman named Jason who was at our home soon thereafter.

Jason spent hours working to clear our lines and by the time he left our lines were completely clear and serviceable. Even so, for the next few days, Jason would stop over or call to check in with us. Since that day we have had absolutely no problems at all.

We have used Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating in the past, having had them install a new furnace and central air, and would not call anyone else.

We cannot express how much we appreciate the concern and professionalism the people at Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating showed us.

I called these folks today around 11am about a water heater issue that I have been having since Sunday. They sent their technician Tyler out in a very timely manner. Tyler arrived assessed the problems I was having and got right to work. He was very professional and very helpful with everything. Unfortunately for me my water heater was beyond repair but he was more than happy to let me know what cause the failure so I could file warranty with the manufacturer. If it wasn't for him I'd still be in my basement trying to fix it and my family of 6 without showers.
I would highly recommend them and will definitely be calling for any future plumbing or heating and cooling issues.

Dylan, you are one hell of a plumber you are professional, you took your time to find the problem. You are upfront with everything. Done an excellent job. I’m definitely looking forward to you to do more projects at my home. Zach did a great job diagnosing my AC problem which turned out to be the thermostat. I bought one at HD for $30 instead of the expensive one he offered. But he took the time to show me how everything worked. He also serviced the ac unit outside, which I requested. The bill was pricey but I was expecting that as I was informed up front about charges. Still, considering I didn’t even get the thermostat from them over $400 was a bit much. But he did top up the refrigerant and clean the coil. great quick response and impressive service from Zach. I would have given 5 stars if the value was better.

Responded promptly to my online service request and offered next day appointment to inspect a leaking widespread faucet set that was installed in the mid-1990's and not of domestic manufacture. Quickly found the correct cartridges and returned that same week to make the repairs for a charge slightly lower than another plumber who had not correctly identified the needed parts. I will use this service, again, and would recommend to a friend.

We requested a quote for water pressure. Plumber came in and he checked valves and water pressure in bathrooms. None of the bathrooms had any leaks or drips. After he left, I noticed a slight stream of running water in the half bath. I tried to turn the water off and the valve/handle was broken and would not shut off. This was reported the following day because it was not immediately noticed. Shirley made a point to question this and stated her plumber did not break the valve/handle because they had photos (taken before the fact). What kind of plumber leaves a house with water running and no mention of the breakage? We weren't looking for a new fixture; just a business that doesn't argue when they accidentally break something.

When we called them, they were super pleasant. Called on a Tuesday, and we are only home on fridays, and they made that work! Then the service guy, josh, got here exactly when they said he would be here. And while here he was super helpful and extremely nice. Had our shower valve and headings replaced, and also had an access panel installed. Did it in a timely fashion also. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 100% would recommend. Later we even got a hand written thank you note!

I called Perrysburg Heating and Air at 4 o'clock to inspect and possibly service are large commercial dehumidifier for are indoor pool. They scheduled an appointment for the very next day and service tech was there in the morning. Perrysburg Heating and Air ended up saving are hotel a bunch of money!! GREAT JOB and THANK YOU!!!

This company is awesome! Always professional. Zach was out tech both times and he's been great at actually explaining what's going on. Price is very fair and high quality.

Dave was on time. Professional including service truck, tools and equipment, and personal apperance. Very knowledgeable and helpful with advice and insights. Great company and service personnel. Highly recommend.
