Bob was fantastic. Got right to work diagnosing our AC issue. Turned out to be a leak that Bob was able to spot outside the house and promptly repaired the seal. No guarantee that's the only problem we inherited with our new home, but Bob was very helpful and shared his knowledge.

We had such a great experience with this company. I can't recommend them strongly enough!! They were so nice and very professional. They helped us through every step of the repair process and they did amazing work!

Awsome job as Ken saved me a ton of money. Called to get an estimate for a new A/C unit and Ken found that the problem was not as Beltz had said, but a much cheaper part. I would highly recommend this company. Also found that there service call charge was 1/3 less than Beltz.

We had a technician from the Plumbing (Ben Franklin) and Electrical (Mr. Sparky) come to the home for free checkups. As each went through the house they captured notes on areas which need to be addressed and I asked them to give me quotes for some future work. Both were courteous and helpful, answering questions and offering suggestions and offering stories which related to a particular, 'what if' scenario. Overall I was pleased receive these assessments.

Ken came out to the house looked over the unit and was very thorough. He explained the issues he saw with the unit. Did not pressure me into any extra parts or services. Explained everything and answered all of my questions throughly. The AC/ unit is up and running. Very very happy.
