Vincent came on the 4th of July weekend, replaced my A/C capacitor and was gone in 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional.

On time, knowledgeable, courteous, suggested improvement/safety - we had him install a surge protector on our air conditioner. He had a great personality and we enjoyed talking to him.

Had Mike V come out for repairs. The first out of his mouth was my furnace is old. Took a wire out. Replaced fuse and ignition part. Then wanted to replace the secondary heat exchanged. Said there was rust in it I didnt see any. All said there were fumes coming out. I smelled nothing. I goggled bad secondary heat exchanger. Mine looked fine. Than he said my air conditioner was not working right. The unit is 2 yrs old. Its been running this year with. No problem. I felt he was trying to find things to get more money. All along he was pushing a new furnace. The furnace is checked over annual. Never said anything about a new furnace or secondary heat exchanger. I will never have them out to my house again. I felt I was being lied too. I'm getting second opinion. At one point I asked him to leave. Very very bad situation. Than I asked them to call me because they want your concerns. I'm still waiting for a call back! So much for customer service.

Joseph B arrived at my house less than half an hour after I called. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. He was very professional. This is a great company and will always be my first call if I'm having an issue with my furnace.

Robert was at my home 3 different times and at first he had no idea how to fix my furnace but after consulting with traine they were able to fix my furnace and it was under warranty so it didn't cost me anything. They had 4 people there the third time and after spending hours on this issue the figured it out. They were always professional and informed me what was going on.

Michael was able to find an electrical issue with our heat pump system and fix it. Very pleased with how efficient and friendly he was. Highly recommended!
