One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

It was outstanding. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable. Explained every procedure to me before doing them. Left area clean. I am so very pleased.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning installed new toilet ring and toilet water line to my downstairs bathroom and a new toilet with another toilet ring and toilet lines to my bathroom upstairs. Except when he did the upstairs toilet some of the floor tile around the bottom of the toilet was cut out farther than it should of been and made the floor look bad. So I called their customer service. They sent the manager out to take a look at my bathroom floor tile. He agreed it was cut out to far out around the front of the toilet and so they had to refund me back the amount I felt it would cost me to repair my floor. Other than that One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning did a wonderful job on both toilet ring and water line installations.

Replaced faulty fluorescent light fixture with a more desirable and safe one with LED bulbs.
