K and K Heating and Cooling

Probably my 3rd time I’ve needed K & K in the last five years. Hands down best heating and cooling company in the area. I’ve tried a few of the big names in the area and they are hands down the best in the business. Their team is top notch and just real and honest people. This was a scheduled visit for a minor problem but they also came out for an emergency on a weekend last year. Each time I’ve felt great about the experience, the price, the honesty and absolutely loved the person that came out to my house.

Service-oriented company, very communicative about appointment scheduling and accurate estimates for technician time of arrival. Installed cold air return duct to existing furnace and panned connections to in-wall returns. Of the companies I contacted, K&K had the shortest time between visit and estimate, and competitive & transparent pricing. All work was completed within a day and Carl and Jake were friendly and efficient.

Eddie arrived on time and was friendly and efficient! We have always had great service from K&K from the installation of our furnace and air conditioner, to every clean and check up. The people in the office are always kind and accommodating as well.

My former HVAC contractor failed to get my A/C and heating properly wired to my thermostat. I called K & K and their technician (Kyle) came out the very next morning which is quite commendable since I am a new customer. Kyle diagnosed the problem and gave me options on how to proceed. I chose the installation of a new wireless thermostat since the wiring had been the issue and my thermostat was old and also compromised. The peace of mind gained by knowing that Kyle's solution would be long-lasting and I would, once again, have a reliable heating and air conditioning system was well worth the cost. Kyle was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and he had me up and running for both heat and A/C within the two hour appointment window. I even signed up for their annual service contract and couldn't be more pleased with K & K. I highly recommend them as real professionals in the HVAC industry! I will be purchasing a new A/C unit later this year as mine is 26 years old. K & K handles Trane which is what I am replacing and is, in my opinion, the best available.

K&K did a furnace install at my dad's home in Jan. 2019. Needless to say the house was freezing even with portable heaters & layered clothing. We were told the project would take a day. The guys arrived on time, and immediately got to work. Within 2 hours they had the heat flowing. They still had more work to do, but their priority was to get the house warmed up. They forgot their portable heaters, so they were cold too. They finished the complete job in about 4 1/2 hours.

Three months later, I received a call to schedule a furnace & courtesy A/C check. Again, they arrived on time. The tech provided me an update & his recommendation.

Their customer service is outstanding, from the office staff, the techs, the text reminders, tracking the techs location.

Kudos to K&K.

Yearly maintenance was no pain at all thanks to Eric. He was thorough and professional. Happy to do business with K and K in the future.

This really is a great company. I am glad I found them after researching extensively. I previously had 3 other companies and every call I noticed had to have a recall. K&K gets it done right the first time. I have been with them for a couple years now. Service team is very easy to be around and office staff clearly understands customer service. Hope I can send them many referrals in the future.

We are very pleased with the service we had done on our a.c. unit today. We hadn't had it serviced since install, 10 years ago. Unit seemed to run forever to cool the house. Rich looked at everything and explained everything for us and fixed just what needed fixing. He explained the cost of things before doing anything and didn't try to oversell anything. Very professional, honest and friendly service. We are satisfied with what we paid for service today and with K and K itself. We plan on signing up for their maintenance agreement for annual service. We had issues with our furnace when we woke up. We called K&K and within thirty minutes we had someone at our door who was able to resolve our issue within an hour or so. The service was fast and Mike let me watch while he worked so I learned quite a bit as well. It was a great experience and we will be using them in the future.

I received a call from their office to see if we would like to move our appointment up, as there was a cancellation. I agreed, they sent an email with the technician photo and name so I knew who was coming to my home. MATTHEW arrived within 20 minutes and set to work. He review all the equipment, tested it and cleaned the unit. He explain their membership policy and the benefits it entails
It was quick,easy, and efficient. Their prices were reasonable and I trusted their work. I will highly recommend them.
