I had a furnace and AC unit replaced. Excellent, efficient installation in a tight space. Glad I found this company for the install. Paid some and they offered interest free finance for the rest!

Called K&K earlier in week to fix no A/C problem. The contact person at K&K was friendly and set me up int heir system for service. They have a nice follow-up mail and text system that keeps you up to date on where the process is at. The technician actually was able to come a bit earlier than our scheduled time. The technician, Kyle, did a great job of being professional, listening to my comments on what I was seeing, and providing me with some detail on how he was going to approach finding the problem. Once he found the problem, he explained what it was and how it was going to get resolved. Once he repaired the problem, Kyle then took some time to make sure the system was working 100% again before he packed up. Nice gentleman and nice job. Totally recommend this company.

K&K did an excellent job replacing my gas valve. They were able to get it under warranty for a third of the price. Will totally use these guys again and recommend giving them a try! Professional, courteous, and cheap. Furnace is working like a champ now!

K&K originally replaced the HVAC system several years ago. We recently had them do a check and clean of the AC and they were very professional. Communication was great. They sent texts and technician photos to let us know who was coming and when they would arrive. We also scheduled a relocation of one of the ducts due to kitchen remodeling. The technician offered several solutions and we settled on the best way to do the job. We were very satisfied. The new placement was excellent, the work was extremely professional looking, and the price was reasonable. In addition, the new register location seems to be doing a better job of circulating air in the room. K&K offered quality work at reasonable prices and was more responsive to what our needs were than other companies.

My technician Eric I liked the way he explained everything to me . I would recommend this business too everyone. He was polite when outside he put on buddies on to come back in. Yes I would give them a 5 Star. See you next year.

I've used this company for a couple different properties. The staff is always very professional and courteous. They are always on time, if not early. We had a couple small problems that were covered under warranty, but they didn't even charge a service fee....unlike other companies. I would highly recommend them.

K&k heating and cooling are the right guys and company to go to when your heater or your A/C are down. Very professional and polite people. Rich is very professional and takes his job very Seriously. he took the time to explain the functionality and walk me through it. Their customer service is top notch especially the owner Keith.

Update: I just want to say how awesome Keith and his team at k&k are. I had a family emergency called K&k to see if they can fix the problem. They squeezed me right in to get me going for the next few days. Mike was very professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding my AC issue. Even though they were busy but Keith made sure that I was well taken care of.
Really appreciate Keith and his competent staff. I look forward for next week for the full repair to be done.

Another great experience with k&k!. They texted me the night before and told me a technician would be at my house between 8:00 and 9:00 in the morning. Around 8:30 in the morning I got a text saying a technician named Eric was on his way. Eric arrived about 8:45 a.m. with shoe covers on and full face covering.
When he was finished cleaning and checking the furnace he explained to me what he did and scheduled my spring Air conditioning tune up.
The price quoted was the price I paid. I would recommend K&K to all my friends and family.
