We called K&K because our furnace stopped working (over 20 years old) and they were able to send a tech out within a couple days. He was very professional and nice, and after running many tests he explained why we would need a new furnace for multiple reasons, and showed me the tests he was running and explained everything in depth. He explained our new furnace options patiently and I believe we were able to schedule an appointment that day for the install the following week. They charged us exactly what the quote was and the entire install of the new furnace took less than a day. They were nice and efficient, and they also were quick to email us receipts and mail us out our certificates, and free maintenance visit plan (for 2 visits) and the warranty that came with our furnace. Then a couple weeks later they sent a tech out to fill out some paperwork for a rebate with our gas company, and he was also very nice and professional. K&K also texts you a picture of who your technician that day is going to be and when he is on his way. The tech also calls you personally to let you know when they are about 20 min away. The receptionist I spoke to many times was also super nice and friendly, and they are very kind in their emails too. Really a fantastic company to work with and so refreshing to have such a high level of customer care and service provided. Thank you!

Needed a new AC unit 6 years ago and knew the furnace was on its last leg as well. Keith had just started the company and was the fairest and fastest to get us scheduled during a heat wave. He provided excellent service, our city inspector complimented his work and to this day the culture is still there with excellent techs. Just had them out for a basic PM and thought I may need a new pump for it was acting up. It was just clogged and the tech cleared it up and let us know that's all it was. AC/Furnace needs, this is the company you want.

I highly recommend K & K! My furnace is working again! I appreciated the phone call when my tech was running a little behind. Kyle, our tech was thorough in trying to figure out what was wrong as our problem was not easily detected. He worked on it until he figured it out. The part was ordered and installed as soon as it came in. Kyle and George were extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. They explained in great detail what was wrong and how it was fixed. It’s so nice to hire a company that is courteous of my time and my problem, appreciative of my business and got the job done!

Carl and Jake did such a great job installing the furnace, and I couldn't be more pleased! I will definitely be recommending them! They did such a great job explaining the system once installed! The whole process was so pleasant, and the technicians from K & K were so kind & informative. When I called to set up the appointment Keith was very professional and courteous. They were able to come 2 days after I called (which, to me, was very quickly). The tech was scheduled to arrive between 12-2; on day of service Kyle actually arrived about 10 minutes early. He quickly determined the problem and after giving me the quote was able to have our A/C up and running in about an hour. I was VERY happy with the price AND the service. I had never used K & K before but I now know who I will call whenever I have any heating or cooling issues going forward.

These guys are awesome! I’ve had several different techs come out for various reasons and every one has been extremely professional and helpful. They know what they are doing so it’s usually a quick diagnosis and they try to save you money however they can which is a huge plus in my book when other people are trying to take as much as they can. I’ve had a competitor to these guy fix an emergency at one of my tenants houses recently and it was a totally different experience, won’t do that again. Lesson learned, go for quality and not just whoever can get there first, and these guys are quality!

Post JUN-2023: Since 2020, K&K Heating and Cooling have completed HVAC maintenance on my Trane heating & cooling system. Pleased with the thorough professional service completed by the technicians.

Post AUG-2020: K&K Heating and Cooling is a family owned business, and an authorized dealer for Trane heating & cooling systems. I received excellent customer service and professional technical service from K&K. In Summer-2020, I needed to replace both heating & cooling in my home. I conducted research on a multitude of heating & cooling systems. I selected Trane, a made-in-the USA manufacturer. Keith, the K&K owner, helped me right-size the system for my home, and customize the unit with an appropriate humidifier and air-filter system to meet my family needs. New, larger ducts installed to address issues with "cold zones" located in areas furthest from the system unit. My technicians (Don & Duane) arrived on time every day; treated my home as if it was their own; communicated well with me, the customer, on the action plan for the day; followed COVID-19 protocol; demonstrated exemplary teamwork, and completed the job early (2 days instead of three). I was very pleased that the office staff completed all of the paperwork and submitted the warranty forms to Trane. Six months later, in December, after 2 snowstorms in a winter forecasted to be cold, I am enjoying a warm house with 25% lower heating bills. (I do follow energy-savings guidelines). To keep my Trane warranty "Active", I plan to retain K&K Heating and Cooling as my maintenance service provider.

I tried to use this business. I had someone from K&K come out for an estimate in April 21, I was told they'd take some photos, go back and talk to their boss, and get back to me with an estimate. No calls, no emails, no estimate. I followed up on May 16 with the office assistant, Kacey, who promised to follow up with Kyle and get back to me. It's nearly a month later, and no phone call, no email. I get it, if you're busy, you're busy, but a contact letting me know they can't take on my repair job would have been appreciated. Will look elsewhere.
