I normally get my yearly maintenance done with K&K and they have always been excellent. I recently got a new furnace, AC, and ERV installed and I'm very happy with the process and end results. Everyone was professional and courteous. Mike in sales did an excellent job going the extra mile to make sure everything turned out great.

Eric did preventative maintenance on my furnace. Was very friendly, informative, and provided advice on energy efficiency. Also let me know condition on all components checked inside the furnace and potential repair costs should something go bad. Used shoe covers, was very professional, and will definitely use again.

We contacted K & K Heating to service our furnace due to the induced draft blower making a loud squealing noise. They were able to send their service tech Will Hileman the next day to check out the problem. Will Hileman arrived during the promised time window and determined the induced draft blower did need to be replaced. He was able to find the part locally, picked it up and replaced the blower. The whole service call was completed within three hours and the furnace was up, running and operating quietly again. The whole service call was handled professionally and quickly. Will Hileman was a pleasure to work with and explained everything as he went along. We are extremely satisfied with K & K's performance and will continue to us them in the future.

The K&K Team were phenomenal! They came out to troubleshoot our AC unit. It was a warranty job, but they had the part ordered and we're back the next day to fix. The technicians.
