Keith the owner of K & K came out today to give me a second opinion on whether the heat exchanger in my gas furnace was cracked. He took my old one-stage 34 year old Rheem furnace apart, cleaned it thoroughly, got the gunk out of the pilot, replaced the thermocouple, and then tested it again with a combustion analyzer to make sure there was not a dangerous level of carbon monoxide. I was good to go.
Keith saved me thousands of dollars in that if the heat exchanger was cracked, I would have had to replace the furnace. He worked with a dexterity and assuredness that is not often seen these days. In other words, he knew exactly what he was doing. I am so grateful to him!
My only regret is that he did not bring his adorable dog (the pug) pictured on his website with him.

I had some more work needed about 6 months after the heating problem my 19 year old AC unit that never had service before went on the fritz during a bad heat wave. I was devastated but K&K once again came to my rescue. Can you believe my first call to them was at 5:00 AM and a live person answered. Well, they were swamped because of the heat wave but they worked me in the following day. The technician they sent was Eric and he fixed me right up. He was ahead of schedule, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He fixed me right up and I'm a very happy customer. You will continue to get my business and I will tell everyone I know about K&K.

This company has all 5 star reviews and they certainly deserve it! I could not have been more pleased. From my first contact with the office at K and K heating and cooling to set up an appointment to the completion of the service everything went like clockwork. They confirmed the appointment and they came when they said they would. The technician that did the service was Will. From the moment he arrived he was professional polite and very knowledgeable. I have had furnace tuneups before but this was by far the most comprehensive and there were no extra charges. I received a detailed and itemized check list and he also checked some duct work in two of the bedrooms and explained why there wasn’t really a problem. I purchased the maintenance agreement there was absolutely no pressure it was simply a good deal. Oh did I mention the price was definitely AMAZING a super deal. K and K (and Will!) could not be more strongly recommended

We have been in our home for over 22 years and the furnace and ac needed to be replaced. My husband called K and K Heating and Cooling. Mike came in and measured everything and gave us a detailed estimate. We signed up with them and less then a week later Don and Dwayne arrived to install our new furnace and ac unit. These two technicians were terrific. They came in and were very polite and professional. We can't say enough good things about them. We will recommend them over and over again. K&K was amazing to work with from setting up the appointment through the service itself. No one wants to be without heat in the winter, but thankfully they got a tech out in a short amount of time, he was extremely informative and efficient, and the price was very fair. A+
