I could not be more pleased with the service I received from K and K. From my initial call to their emergency service number on Saturday about a completely non working furnace (spoke with Mike, who was very helpful), to speaking with Erika in the office to get me set up for service, to the service technician, Matt, who came out right on time, explained my issue, and proceeded to quickly repair/install the necessary part to get my furnace back up and running again, and take the time to explain and answer a few questions I had. Everyone I have dealt with, in this my first time using K and K, has been exceptionally helpful, courteous, and just great to work with. Like I said, I am more then pleased and satisfied, I rate them as EXCELLENT and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services !!!

Excellent service. Great communication with the appointment. They send a photo of the technician prior to their arrival ... which is nice to see who we anticipate being in our homes. Mike was the technician (he has been here for all of my HVAC maintenance calls). Mike is thorough and has pointed out several items to keep an eye on. My AC and furnace have run well since K and K have been doing annual maintenance. I highly recommend K and K!

I could not rate this business more highly. I called on a Saturday night. Eric called me back in very little time to discuss my problem, and the office called me, got in the part I needed and fixed it all in one business day. They are our nee go-to heating company!

We were having trouble with our AC Unit freezing and called K&K after another company telling us the earliest they could come out was almost a month out.
K&K scheduled us within a week's time. The technician Jake, called to let me know he was about 15 minutes out and showed up right on time ready to work. Jake was professional, knowledgable and patient. He checked our unit inside and out, called our home warranty company, outlined all of my options for me and prepared a quote. Jake went above and beyond truly making this a positive experience. We signed up for the annual maintenance and look forward to working with Jake and K&K in the future.

Very happy with every aspect! Matt was honest and he did his job better than the last tech I had from a different company! I would definitively recommend!!

On a Saturday night around 10PM, I heard my recently serviced (by others) 3.5 Ton A/C unit starting and stopping. Went outside and noticed the unit’s fan wouldn’t spin when engaged. I figured it was a bad bearing or the compressor failed, and since it was a Saturday I assumed we would be out until at least Monday.

Contacted my usual contractor and they’re closed until Monday. Quick Yelp search brought up K&K and Sunday morning I sent an email. Within an hour Keith was at our home checking things out.

Not only did he replace the culprit (bad capacitor) but he also checked our whole home air cleaner, cleaned the entire A/C system, checked for leaks, and followed up with us on other things he found, and was entirely upfront. Within 12 hours of the issue occurring, we were back up and running and comfortable again.

Keith is the definition of customer service, and the obvious passion he has for taking care of people was very apparent. He has officially won me over and I will now be contacting him and K&K for all of my home HVAC needs.

Thank you to K&K for restoring our faith in trustworthy contractors. You are truly phenomenal.

Our technician Matt was great. Our problem was that our furnace would not start. Turns out that is was two dead birds in the ducts blocking the furnace start up. Only cost was service call. Appreciated Matt’s knowledge, the fact that he was honest and didn’t try to over sell something we didn’t need. Also discussed new technology in heating and air. Would recommend this company and this technician any time.

Scheduling was easy, I did not have to wait long for an appt. Eddie the service tech phoned AND texted me the ETA and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and congenial.
All I needed was a check up and cleaning for my furnace but now I know it will run perfectly when winter shows up in February and March! 😃
And the price was right!!

Exceptional service from start to finish. Beginning with answering the phone after 5pm, continuing with a timely service call to fix my old air conditioning unit rather than trying to sell me a new one. Keith and his trainee both were professional. Keith was very knowledgeable and skilled. Their fast and friendly repairs and reasonable rates were greatly appreciated.

Had an issue today with my furnace not turning on and K & K came in clutch. They are extremely professional, punctionual, and fair. I called at 11 am and they had someone out within 3 hours! What impressed me is that they don't operate like a mom and pop shop. I received an email and text confirmation and continuous updates so it doesn't cannibalize your whole day waiting for the technician to come out. Their prices are fair and I would highly recommend to anyone who has heating or cooling issues. Thanks again-- 5 out of 5 stars!
