The technician was wonderful, he explained all the procedures and showed me what needed to be done. He was very thorough and personable.

I contacted 72 Degrees to repair my furnace. Diane in the office was very helpful. She asked about the problem and type of furnace so she could send the most appropriate technician. On the scheduled day, Diane called in advance to let me know that Tom was on his way to my home. Tom arrived within the promised window. He explained that I had a complex furnace to troubleshoot. He diagnosed a faulty gas valve in about an hour. He replaced the valve and the furnace is now working. Before he left, he offered to change my filter and gave me advice on proper filters for the furnace. I recommend 72 Degrees.
