Adam was very professional and knowledgeable. He documents everything so he knows if their was any changes to the system. He was on time and did a thorough job. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We have used 72 degrees for several services including installation, diagnosis, and maintenance, of our HVAC systems on more than one property. Their techs are polite, respectful, knowledgeable and patient. When you have questions, you get answers. During a recent visit, we had the pleasure of Tom and Adam (techs) visiting my mothers home to diagnose an issue with the HVAC. They were able to remedy the issue during the visit. And both techs had a welcoming and friendly personality, with a good sense of humor too :)

Adam was professional and takes his time to make sure the job is done right. I will continue to use 72 degrees do to the great service the technician provided.

Adam arrived to prepare the unit for spring and summer. He said there were no problems- and took care of things so there wouldn’t be any in the foreseeable future. He tuned up the unit including filter change and tended to thermostat inside. Outside he made sure the AC unit was clear of debris and working well.
Adam is knowledgeable, capable and pleasant. 72 degrees is lucky to have him.

Earlier this month, Adam discovered leaking inside the furnace during a maintenance call. Always thorough, he showed and explained to me the problem. He said he would have to return with an ordered part in order to fix it, which he did today.
I find Adam professional, knowledgeable and a good communicator. I recommend him highly.

Bruce texted me and I sent picture of my present furnace. The next day I had a quote. Bruce was very good in communicating. If I will purchase they will be considered. At this time I'm holding off until Spring
