DeSplinter 72 Degrees® Air Conditioning & Heating

Used 72 Degrees for initial installation and subsequently for regular maintenance. Tom was onsite for both and was informative, easy to communicate with and thorough in the scopes of work performed. Plan to maintain a relationship with them.

Two quick updates: Tom has been back to the house twice for regular maintenance and just now a ridiculously quick turnaround repair on getting my furnace up and running when it was dropping below 30° outside. The board on the furnace went out, he ran over to get parts as Lennox was closing and came out to the house in the evening just 2 hours after my initial call. He’s always thoughtful, approachable and willing to take the to explain things. A+ service. My family is greatful for the level of service today.
