Ken arrived on time and went directly to work. He started working inside with the thermostat wearing covers on his shoes. That’s a real plus! Outside he checked and cleaned the unit. Ken was very pleasant , explained what he was checking as he worked. He was neat and clean and when left so was the area he worked in. Very happy and will call them back come winter time.

Our A/C failed during yesterday’s storms and twisted power surge. I called during evening hours and by early afternoon the next day, we are comfortable again. I highly recommend. Professional and courteous, we’ll be using Tri-Den going forward.

Nick and his team were wonderful to work with. Nick was very responsive in answering questions. They were able to come out to look at the AC the day after we called and had a new unit in place within 5 days of the order being placed.

Tri-Den replaced my old HVAC system with a higher efficiency furnace and A/C unit. Nick was extremely professional during the quote process. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Call to Frank on Sunday morning when the furnace was not giving heat. He was here within 2 hrs.and diagnosed the problem and we mutually agreed that he would return onMonday morning with the replacement motor. He came in early Monday morning and did the replacement and checked the system very efficiently. House warmed up and made me a very happy customer! Great customer service and workmanship.Kudos to Tri Den!
