CLS is a wonderful company to work with. They have a very professional approach to dealing with customers and make sure the vendors have all the needed information to meet the client’s needs. My company has serviced 100+ work orders with CLS and we haven’t had a single issue. They make the process as smooth as possible and we look forward to continued growth with them. All members of their team are very professional and always willing to help to make sure work orders are completed, billed for, and paid in a timely manner.

I work for Artisan Heating and Cooling and we have worked as a vendor for CLS Facility Services for many years and they are a great company to work with. They always have the best interest of their customers and service providers and getting payment for services performed has never been an issue. Kelly and Amanda are my go to people if I do have any issue (even if it is not their department) and they always help me get it resolved quickly!!

We have been working with CLS as a vendor for quite some time and have zero complaints. They really set themselves apart from other facility management companies. Working for Pearce-Trawick I have worked with CLS for for many years and they are a great company to work with. They look out for their customers and go out of their way to make sure things are done correctly. We are also a subcontractor for this company, and we to have unpaid invoices from February 2016. This company issued work orders for Jared jewelry company and will not pay the contractors for the work because Jared supposedly will not pay them. We have no contractual agreement with Jared only with CLS. CLS issued contracted and managed the work orders and will not pay for the work performed. We have also had several issues where this company will not pay invoices in full for work performed. No corporate business should hire CLS to manage their electrical maintenance, this company is terrible, unreliable, and frankly the people I have dealt with in regards to my unpaid invoices have been rude and unhelpful! From Google reviews about employment at CLS it appears as though their employees feel the same way we do about them.

We have been providing service for CLS for several years. They are fast to make their clients/vendors happy. Definitely an atmosphere of teamwork when dealing with their team leads. Definitely a preferred National Account vendor.

CFM has partnered with CLS, performing HVAC services, maintenance, and repairs, as well as equipment replacement. Our business relationship has been strong over the past 18 years. We share the same values in customer service. We care about the equipment, and we care about the people as well. If you are in the need of facility services, it would be good to give CLS a call.

We are an HVAC vendor for CLS and they are a great company to work with. They always pay their bills on time. Team leads and coordinators are friendly and easy to get along with.
