We are a sub electrical contractor and have performed four projects in 45 days, for CLS. They were in a rush, called it an emergency and needed service for a Sunday night. We did the call. The work involved, was more than the N.T.E., so CLS asked for a quote. They would not pay for the three hour call out. Accepted a second emergency call out, the retail service, did not know about the mgt calling for repairs. The store clrk, would not sign the work order, CLS, refused to pay. Third project, a day time project, repair vanity light. It has been two months, have not received payment. Fourth project, a security company, repairs overhead lights, $1200. It has been thirty days, no payment.
Bottom line, unscrupulous company, watch your back!

I've worked with CLS Facility Services in the past and have nothing but great things to say about them. They always have the best interest of their customers which is not a common practice with most facility services. Great project managers.
