Jon ( forgive me if I got the name
Wrong) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to me in detail and was able to walk me through the simple fix that my unit required. Professional and again, vet friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Awoke at 7:00am to no heat. Called at 7:52 am to see if I could have someone come out. By 9:30am they were here, furnace was running, and house was warming up. Not to mention how pleasant the two guys were.

This is my second experience with Westfield, the first was a couple of years ago, it was my A/C that time, and same results. Fast, responsive, competent and fairly priced.

My AC stopped blowing cold air on 4th of July. This guy came out and had it fixed in less than 10 min. Super nice, super knowledgeable.

Does not answer calls nor does he return them, I understand it's there busy season but be considerate enough to call back.
